I stopped by today and had the pleasure of being helped by Betty, who is hands down the best person I’ve ever dealt with at any Public Storage. She was there for me when I really needed assistance and went out of her way to help me and also saved me a lot of money. Betty’s kindness, expertise, and dedication were beyond impressive, making my experience far better than I expected. She’s a standout employee who truly deserves recognition for her amazing service.

I had the most amazing experience with renting my unit from Colton. He took the time to make sure the I had the exact unit that I needed. He was patient and kind. His customer service skills are some of the best I have ever experienced, and they definitely need to be recognized.
