Kela is the Bomb! She was so patient and kind and explained everything to us regarding our situation with our Mom. How to handle the POA situation. She was really kind to us even though we peppered her with questions! Kela thank you ! Equally great and helpful was Nikki who helped me over the phone with more questions and answers. Each of these ladies were superb! And for my second visit in person Shantel was another amazingly patient professional who had kindly waited out my craziness and anxiety to help me with even the littlest details. Great staff great ladies great talent! Thank you all!

Do yourself a favor & read the recent reviews.. Mold in every which hallway. Rats, cockroaches, termites. You name it they have it! Public Storage or Lion Country Safari? Beware of Public Storage.. This location especially!

I had such a great experience at this public storage location, and I have been to quite a few over the years in different states. upon entry, I was immediately greeted and welcomed in and had 4 amazing and dedicated women ready to assist me with my Rental. I was surprised to find out three of them were in training, and one of them was the manager training the other three which is not easy at all so I was quite impressed. I was assisted and got my rental with the lovely “Shequila“ she’s only a few days in to her position, but is doing an fantastic job and I’m happy to say I had zero issues with my reservation or rental. I have nothing but confidence in this location‘s success due to there new hires and manager being so High spirited and positive, accommodating, patient and friendly. Thank you all so much for a smooth and hassle free experience keep being the beautifully kind amazing women that you all are 😃!
