This store tries there best. I rented a carpet cleaner and had the help of Renae and she was amazing. Great customer service and great attitude.

Greetings, this review is for the Publix that's located in the Crosstown Plaza I'm unsure of the actual address but upon comparing the other locations this might be the correct one. Only want to add a suggestion for the bakery. Regarding the doughnuts & other pastries such as the apple fritters etc. could the management change to self serve complete with tissue paper & small bags. I say this b/c I did stop by didn't have any breakfast & wanted a doughnut. I've been in the area about 6 months the former city were I lived had pastries self serve it wa a major grocery chain like Publix ( Publix is a lot better). I attempted to get a pastry I attempted to lift the glass door . Couldn't, the clerk behind the counter did acknowledge me, however she was pretty busy. I've worked behind the counter b/f so I know how it can be. Self serve would be better & efficient & honestly? I'd rather serve myself then go pay up front. Just a suggestion. No complaints here. Retail is hard work. I will most likely go elsewhere though for doughnuts like the doughnut shop down the street from were I live. Cashiers up front are awesome.

Best chicken wings in Palm Beach County! I go.out of my way to shop here. Evelyn in the deli gives great customer service! She is efficient and patient! Give the gal a raise!

f****** ppl damn money order machin ain't work. they had ppl waiting in line for money order the staff never said nothing to us. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME NEVER AGAIN

I tried to buy a lottery ticket at 8 pm and the lady sent me to the ticket machine, I told her that the machine did not have the ticket that I wanted to buy, she told me in a bad way that she would not sell it to me because they had already closed, on Sundays publix closes at 10pm. I had to leave without being able to buy my ticket

Every time I come here I regret coming to the deli department because they are so ridiculously slow. They have five people behind the counter and all tending to the hot case and sub line or the order ahead and just ignore the cold cuts line where people have waited ten minutes and give up and walk away. I am never coming back here for this reason. Horrible service, hire more people or at least appropriately knock out the lines of people waiting instead of just the ones you want to help! Never coming back.
