Yesterday, Sunday, March 16, 2025, I went and they charged me double for two cards at 12:59. I have the receipt and I did not return so as not to hurt the cashier.

The worst service is received in this place, to order any product from this area there you have to wait for their employees to talk to each other, carry out other tasks and when they see a line of customers they start to ship. There is no manager in this place who makes this place work and function!

The worst Publix I’ve ever gotten a sub at. They are unbearably slow regardless of the length of the line and aren’t friendly even when they finally get to you.
Double down a year later. They absolutely can’t get it together at this store. 20 minutes for a sub because the girls behind the counter just gossip nonstop

20 plus minutes for popcorn chicken. IDK if there was a deli supervisor present but literally no one gave a shit. Stood for 5 mins waiting for someone to walk over. I finally speak up and get the generic "someone will be right with you" only to wait a few more mins. Let me check on the popcorn chicken. He disappears for 5 minutes. Tells me 5 more minutes before it's ready. 10 minutes goes by. Complete disaster one of the worst Publix I've been to.

The lady in the floral department does not speak English had to go find an employee that spoke English to help me in the floral department something lady said no to they had she just did not understand English how are there so many people working that can't even help the customers due to language. I would not have a issue if they can properly communicate 😉

The only reason this store gets any stars is because I ate the wrap that I paid for, but it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I ordered a chicken tender wrap with barbecue and ranch and asked for them to be easy on the toppings. It tasted like they forgot the sauce altogether. They also gave me pickles instead of jalapeños. I would rather wait longer for something to be right than to have it ready and not correct. I was disappointed when I came home, especially because their prices went up recently.

I had a great day and my night was ruined by a cashier at Publix. There was no customers at the register, I was still told she couldn’t ring up my stuff because she was waiting for a customer to come back. I should never have to lose a minute out my day for an unprepared customer. Nobody owes nobody anything out here. I’m giving Publix a 1 so they can they retrain all employees to learn to void and move to the next person until unprepared people are back.
