I got this pair of Puma shoes for my birthday. I can't believe instead of an actual hole for the shoelace they glued tabs onto the shoe. First time I went to tie the shoe the table broke!. Smh. You've got to be joking? Who in their right mind would think that glue would be able to hold a shoelace on a shoe??? Now I'm reading all of the horror stories for returns and refunds!. What was I thinkin?. Never ever again!.

Terrible store, they never offered to help us and the prices despite it being Christmas time, the prices are sky high, Online you can find the same products for less than the price there.

Says closed on maps and isn't but maybe it should.be. Unfriendly staff. Asked about something on sale. Staff member said, "well those items aren't on sale." $75 for a Puma Shirt at an outlet. No thanks for a polo. Ralph Lauren at The Outlets has better or same pricing. Who wants a Big Puma Symbol on their shirt anyways. Way too big for most shirts. Massive but other places have better pricing. Not inviting at this store at all. Greetings with hello and welcome even at Nike as busy as they are.
