Just received my 3rd pair of shoes from Quantium and give them a 100% rating . I have had an amputation on my left foot and also require a lift on that foot as well . MJ handled everything in my home . Joe Blevins

Poor customer service, multiple delays, lies and deceitful practices. it took years for even the first visit, and more to get the shoes. I have to keep getting new prescriptions for my shoes even though they were supposedly ordered weeks or months before. In all theses years(even though I can get a new pair of shoes every year) I get a new pair every 3-4 years.

Not good is too good. Took five months to get she's and when they did answer questions they were lies. Even talking with supervisor was lied to. Told paperwork not complete but I had verified the questionnaire from both doctors but when you can't find that's is an issue but when I cancelled order suddenly they had shoes and delivered in 2 days but 5 months of unanswered emails and lies from customer service calls. Never use them again.

Ordered shoes in October and it now February and after numerous calls I find they have not been ordered. First excuse was did not get RX from foot doctor then PCP so I took care of getting what they needed. That was November repeated contacts were not answered then told lies about why shoes not here from manufacturer backlog to now they say RX from foot doctor was incorrect. Commuo is non existent. Finally a supervisor at my request answered question after lies from their staff. I will never use this company again assuming I ever get the shoes that were ordered in November .oh no NOT ordered. Poor service and not customer service oriented at all.

I want to share about my experiences with one of the staff. Every time I send an email with questions or need help, I get immediate assistance. The worker I am referring to is Essie Woods. Her customer service skills are excellent and she always makes sure to let me know if I need anything else, to just ask. She’s a shining star and I appreciate her so much.

This was my first experience being fitted for diabetic shoes. Which O really needed the shoes and it is making a great difference for me. Also the service was professional and carring from the fitter. Ms. Dennis was excellent and kind when she visited me for the fitting and when my shoes finally arrived. It is rare these day to encounter legit customer service people who know how to serve. Thank you.

Shoes look like like they came from goodwill does not fit women who measured was not certified and did not do a good job She pushed the shoes on me to make herself look good

Today I spoke with Wanda C. at Quantum Medical. She has got to be the most polite, cheerful and sweet person that I have ever talked to and had help me on the phone. I was very impressed with Wanda. She was very professional and prompt getting back with me. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns.I also liked the fact that my calls were answered immediately and I was able to speak to a person and not be placed on hold for a long time. Quantum's customer service is great!! I would definitely recommend this company.
