This place is garbage its a robotic joke. You call the number they give you noone answers theres no option for a real person, you come in person the front desk is empty theres noone there neither noone anywhere to be found. Then this crap place will complain they cant get help why not have the F-n terminator take blood and piss tests as well im surprised the sample takers are even human

I had an appointment and I was in and out really quick. Laura was amazing, she is very professional and knows how to talk to the patients, she made me feel comfortable, I wish more nurses were like her.

I had an appointment this morning to get some blood work done. Josie was amazing with her speed & efficiency! Her sense of humor & positive personality was the icing on the cake. Not everyone can turn a blood drawing appointment into a pleasant & even fun experience, but Josie can & did!! Thank you Josie & thank you Quest for hiring her to be on your staff!! Josie, you deserve to be recognized!!

Long wait and 0 communication skills. No one working at the front desks. Came in just to drop a sample off and even that took about 2 hours to do!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!! Will never come up here again

I went on 11 August 2023. Ms. Laura was extremely professional, kind, and cooperative. It was the smoothest blood draw I've had in a while without any pain. I really appreciate her.

The lab located at 4700 Congress ave is the worst location to go to for lab work! The tech there has no idea about bedside manner! Rudeness with an attitude is the norm there. The company needs to fire and rehire techs who are diplomatic, not condescending and rude.

gave my brother and sister in law problems today. They made an appointment for 11:10 am for both of them and they never got called in. They stayed there for an hour and a woman in there told me that she called them, I was outside for an hour waiting for them and finally I went in to find out what is going on. A African American woman told me that she did called them and then I asked her can they both get the blood and urine done and she said no, we live in Wellington and this place is West Palm Beach and she was arguing with me that I took a step forward and she took off into another room., this woman is very racist and I will not allow that.

From the moment We walked in they had an attitude. Didn't know what they were doing. Condescending towards my reason for being there saying My results wont come around on time and then they were saying they no longer do covid test. when i finally kept saying that's ok we will still do test they find expired swabs. Horrible ghetto ratchet place do not set foot in this facility you will be treated poorly.

HORRIBLE!! Poor customer service, kiosk never works, clearly short staffed but booking appointments and requiring long waits for clients. If you can choose someone else Quest will never see me again. Did I say the staff is also loud and rude!!!!!

I would say that Quest has the worst customer service but that would mean that they provided customer service. There is no human element as the office is run by a kiosk in the lobby with no staff to speak with people or to change anything. It's DISGRACEFUL!!!

This is literally the worst Quest facility I've ever visited. People who are not scheduled are called out of the sink, while those who are scheduled are simply waiting. We had been waiting for nearly an hour and a half to be seen. When another lady arrived with our appointment, they initially informed her that if she didn't have an appointment, she shouldn't stay, but she was still seen before my son. There is no actual customer service, the staff is exceedingly nasty, and time management is lacking; either new personnel should be employed, or the current staff should be replaced. They must also hire front-office, and need professional training on working with customers/clients.

So when you get there you check in at a kiosk. Which is fine there's no one at the front desk. What is that? If there was no one in here I wouldn't even have known this place was open. So odd.
