Excellent service upon arrival at the Quest office on the 9th floor.. Greeted by a lovely young gentleman who made sure my checkin in was as efficient as possible. I was expecting to receive a text confirmation of my schedule visit and only received an email notification I prefer the older scheduling system where I receive a text of my appointment and then the ability to simply click a button on my phone when I arrive at the site rather than having to go to the sign in machine
