Made an appointment and received confirmation and when I arrived the machine said I did not have an appointment. No human to show verification. This place sucks.

Girl name Tiffany had the worst attitude, rude and disrespectful, that’s not the way to treat patients. I guess nowadays you can’t even ask a question about the procedure you getting done. You get the worst service …..not to mention I find it wrong being on the phone and talking about personal
Stuff in front of the patient. I don’t think she would like that if she would be a patient.

I’m appalled by how rude the staff is here. I actually witnessed one technician verbally abuse a patient that was inquiring why her name was not appearing on the board. The patient clearly did not speak English as a first language and did not properly sign into the kiosk, and waited almost an hour before finally asking for help. The technician told her to “be patient and sit down!!” She sat back down for another 15 minutes, while watching every patient after her, go before her. She then asked the same tech a second time why her name was not being called and I cannot express how incredibly rude this tech was. She mocked her accent, literally mimicking what she was saying. Screamed at her to sit down and learn how to read directions. At one point, I thought she was going to slap the patient. I was incredibly uncomfortable and just wanted to get my blood work done and rush out of there. The professionalism is lacking so bad at that location, it’s vile that some people even get jobs like this. Unbelievable! Willing to drive an additional 15 min out of my way to avoid this place.

One nurse was Awesome and helped me when I gave too many vials of blood... however, the other nurse ignored me when I was having a medical problem. She said she couldn't stay by me for a minute but she could call 911 while she processed other patients. Today I think I may have met Satan. Pretty sure. It doesn't matter if your title is nurse or not... if someone is having a medical emergency and asks you for a minute... just give them a minute.

After doing walk-ins for years, I got there before 7 and was the first to walk in. The lady told me they decided they weren’t gonna do walk-ins anymore, and when I asked for a nearby location, it did them, she said none of them.
She wouldn’t let me use the kiosk to schedule an appointment. She told me to call Quest or go on their website or app.
I called and of course that place wasn’t open until 9. I figured out how to get through the maze without the automated system kicking in. That person schedule me a 10 AM appointment at the same location.
It texted me at Web link to check in when it was time.
I got there and the weblink wouldn’t let me check in until 9:50 AM. I waited until 950 and checked in, then went inside.
I saw my name on the screen and waited. At about 10:10 my name disappeared. I moved to the door and asked them the next time they opened it. Their excuse was somebody must have clicked my name off.
Terrible customer service, I’m trying LabCorp or another company. I have to get blood tests every 3 months. I’m not going through this BS again.

It is disrespectful. I arrived at 8:45 without an appointment. The system told me that they would attend to me in 30 to 60 minutes. At 10 in the morning, an employee came out saying that she could not attend to people without an appointment. After that, I was waiting all that time and they did not attend to me. And having an appointment later with nephrology for Wednesday to see the results, the one who attended to me seems not to have had the best day.

I tried to drop off a stool sample. They told me they were not taking any numbers. I was there 40 minutes waiting. The worker was very rude and uncaring. A woman next to me left said she’s been waiting 2 hours. Who is the manager at 8136 Okeechobee Blvd WPB FL
I left and went to a Quest on SR7 and Erica Road they were very nice and I dropped the specimen off and was out in 10 minutes.

Been here four times and every time I get there, there’s an issue first time they were closed at 3:30, 2nd time I took a personal day because I work 7-3:30 and they were closed on Tuesday because of the weather for a storm that came Thursday afternoon. 3rd time I left work 30 mins early got there at 3:15 checked in and waited until 3:45 before someone came out and told me the last appointment was at 3:10pm. Today I left work at 2:30 got there at 3pm and they are short staffed and not taking appointments.

I went with my wife and she had an appointment and they took someone with a later appointment time before her. We asked if they might’ve skip her and a lady reply we don’t skip people with bad attitude. Definitely, they can treat patients better. Healthcare has become just business sadly

Once I arrived they earned 5+ stars, but prior to my appt. I had a question about which vitamins and/or allergy pills to avoid before my blood test. No way out of prompts, no way to speak to a person at the location. After doing some searching I found a general number for Quest and then was able to have my question answered.

I had an appointment but was 10 minutes late, and it got cancelled. When I checked with the front desk, they suggested scheduling a walk-in. However, because I was 10 minutes late, the machine wouldn’t let me do that. Worst service ever!

Awesome experience. I showed up after a failed walk in attempt at another quest at 7:15. Employees were so nice. They said they had 20 appointments but they try to squeeze in walkins. They said 30 to 60 minutes minimum.
I signed in and took a seat. They were moving through patients really fast. I got called in at 7:40. The girl who drew my blood was so cheerful and polite and extremely good at her job. I don't even have a bruise.
I just had an absolute wonderful experience at this Quest.
I would also like it to be known that I went on this adventure to find a walk-in appointment because I am a type 1 diabetic and my sugar was extremely low this morning. If I had waited for my appointment time I would have dropped too low.
Because these people were so amazing and got me in I was able to have my blood drawn today instead of having to eat something which would have been validated all my fasting blood work and I would have had to reschedule for another day and possibly delayed my doctor's appointment.
So kudos to the ladies at this location thank you so much.

Easy to make an appointment, it seems pretty clean to me and the staff aren't particularly rude or anything. I hate to dismiss other ppls experiences but I always have a pretty nice time coming here.
