Was trying to purchase my lease at Al Packer Ford West but They wanted to charge me 1100 dollars in dealership and other ridiculous fees that were not in the lease contract ! Mullinax doesn't charge any dealership fees or play any of the silly games Packer West played with me. They had me in and out in under an hour ! I saved over 1k by purchasing my lease with them. Mullinax has won me over for life with their straightforward no nonsense way of doing business. Ray , Billy, and Mark were amazing ! Highly recommend my western neighbors and friends make the trip to Mullinax instead ! See Billy or Ray ! (954) 558-5912

The housing at the bottom on the drive's seat broke. I brought my Explorer in went to parts to order the part was told to go to service When to service was told to go schedule an appointment to repair. Went to make the appointment the only person to schedule was at lunch! Called to make the appointment now I have to bring the vehicle back for them to look at it. What a joke!!!!

Guess I should have read reviews before leaving my car here...Check engine light came on due to a recall on the VCT's (for the second time). Made an appointment to bring it in. I was treated rather rudely by the woman at the desk telling me I couldn't just bring my car in for a recall. I told her it wasn't there for a recall that it was there because I made an appointment because the check engine light was on. Because of the recall the car was under warranty, so we were also entitled to a rental. But they no longer have rentals on site, so we wound up waiting for a shuttle to Hertz....quite a distance away. This piece of the fiasco took me 2.5 hours door to door from Palm Beach Gardens. Soooo....fast forward....my Lincoln all on my phone goes off with various things..,then loses all my info. Then we get a call that they can't get into the car, the battery is now dead, and the valet key wasn't in the casing. Miss rude service manager tells my husband "she doesn't have it" and that we didn't leave it. Ummmm....seriously? So we grab our second key and go running out, and the same witch comes out and shows me the casing and tries to tell us again we didn't leave it with the car. I told her I never use the valet key and she better find what they did with it, but left the second key. I then asked why the batteries dead and she tells me that it's because it sat for 10 days, which I know is at least partially untrue because of my phone app going off that they were doing something. And the battery was fine when I left it there. But now I get more crap from her. We're told a new battery cost 190. Ok fine at this point I'm just done. Then almost two weeks later "it's ready". My husband who has limited mobility made the trek out to pick up the truck when they said it was ready and....it's dead again? So they get it started and oh look....someone left the parking lights on...so now the service manager "wants to go through it". So now we're at a full two weeks driving this awful Volkswagen that pulls to the left when the wind changes direction and sucks gas like no one's business, and the cost of battery was was 312...not 190 plus 6 as we were quoted from our "friend". And she still claims that the battery died on its own and not because they left the lights on. And we get the car back...aaaaaand it still doesn't sound right. And despite the fact it was "cleaned" it's covered in fingerprints and there was trash on the back floor. But the check engine lights off....at this point the husbands afraid the car is going to nothing but cost us money once the warranty is gone....so we're trading it in as I type. But we certainly won't be going back to the Lincoln dealership. At least as long as that troll of a service manager is around. Yeah I'm disappointed as despite the service issue I liked the truck itself....but I refuse to have anything to do with the Al Packer Lincoln Service department ever again. And then they don't even bother resetting the clock? And then the trim was broken off the drink holder in the back (and I know it wasn't that way when I left off). Al was a friend of my grandfather's. They met thru the industry. They were both high on customer service. Make me sad to think this is what's happened to his legacy.

Started calling at 8:45am on a Monday. No answer after several tries and letting it ring. Drove there. Concierge desk treated me like I was there to borrow a lawn mower.Said it would be several hours for an oil change. Asked to make an appointment (which I tried to do earlier that morning) - I had to call the same people I’m standing there looking at so they could transfer me to the appointment desk… which never answered. Oh, and they raised their prices 20 bucks. I could hire a dominatrix for the same abuse for less money- and they’d probably change my oil faster.

Customer service is horrible. Workers show no interest in helping customers or that they even want to work there. They are extremely rude and do a poor job fixing vehicles. Highly recommend saving time and money and going else where.

I made an appointment to get the backup camera fixed, oil change, overall check of my battery. When I arrived, Dylan, the service rep said he was "backed up" & needed me to leave my Escape overnight in order to fix the backup camera. What Dylan failed to recognize, even after I told him, was that I couldn't leave the car overnight since I have someone at home that is disabled. I made arrangements at home so I could have this fixed on that particular day. Why would they make an appointment if they knew it could not get done??? It seems that taking care of fleet cars & trucks is more important than the regular customers. Gary, the head of sales has always been great to my family. In the past 20 years, I have bought 5 cars from this dealer. However, I will not go back to Packer to get the camera fixed. Another dealer or private place will get my business.

The service people at for Lincoln will NOT save your life or your car if there's something wrong. Took the car in for a recall. Asked for the brakes to be checked due to some noise concerns. They told me the brakes were perfect, just some debris causing the noise. Fast forward 5 days later. Got a 2nd opinion on the screeching because it had gotten worse, other dealership told me i had almost no brakes left.... they were so concerned that they actually showed my husband and i...and then replaced everything. I could have gotten into an accident with my 2 and 3 year old all because at Lincoln they are liars or simply lazy. Save your money, time, and life!

Very bad place. Lie and make up stuff to make more sales. Went there to get my car checked and lied about a lot of the things that was wrong. And didn't even bother doing a full check when they said they did.

A valet picked up my new Lincoln for minor adjustments 10 days ago. There was no need for a loaner since I have a second car. The car was returned 3 days later, which was fine. One of the adjustments was not corrected so I ordered the same service. Today the service department called saying they will not honor the appointment since I will not accept the loaner. I told him I would take my car to someone else who wants my business. It as fine with him. What could change in 10 days? I won't be back.

Great customer service at the quick Lanes but having major problems with a major $9,000 engine replacement that continues to leak oil within miles of get the truck returned to me after being fixed going on for 2 years now. My truck's been there 7 times for the same problem plus it's there now again that makes eight times and out of the two years I just left the sitting around at home cuz I would never be fixed right. Hope over this Christmas "2020" they'll fix it properly

My parents lease a Lincoln that needed to go in for service. We made an appointment for a recall service and oil change. We brought the car in on time, 8am. That went smoothly. We don't hear from them all day and it's 5pm. Knowing they close at 6, we head over. Even with our appointment specifically for the recall, they said they didn't have the part. Yes, it's very annoying and shouldn't have happened, but covid, reduced capacity, etc. We let it slide. Then we learn that the car just sat there all day. They didn't even do the oil change and inspection! We leave, frustrated, but appreciative because our service person is very kind and understanding. Thank you, Brian, we really do appreciate you! Fast forward to the next week. We never hear back that they got the parts in so we call to follow-up. It's in! This time we need a loaner car so we make the appointment at 8:00am so I can get back home by 9 for my meeting. I'm there at 7:45. At 8:20 I tell them if I'm not at the door in my loaner in 5 minutes I have to take an Uber because I need to make my meeting. I made it! But barely. Part of this was due to an insurance snafu, but had I been told this at 8 and not 8:15. Again, they were helpful but only when it was down to the wire. We called all day to get updates but we're never able to speak to anyone. Turns out that Brian did call, so that was great, we just kept missing one another. Picked up the car no problem. In and out in 5 minutes. Because of the cluster that was the first trip there the week prior, our oi change was comped. Very much appreciated. I walked out happily because the issues were all acknowledged and they made sure to make sure we were happy. At this point I'd rate the experience as frustrating but okay. Honestly, probably 3 stars. The next day I get in the car, drive about 10 miles, and the tire warning pops up. The tire pressure is low in 2 of 4 tires. Well, I absolutely lost it. I looked at the bill. They did a multipoint inspection. It notes "Tires will need to be addressed in the future." Yet, the tires are now suddenly low? Really? You couldn't put air in the tires? It was so goddamn frustrating. The lease is up on February or March and I strongly suggested that they not lease another Lincoln. At least not from this dealership. Now they've definitely made me mad enough to be 2 stars. So, why one star? We're in the middle of a pandemic. Local cases at this exact moment are spiking in the area. There are signs at all entry points stating masks are required. Yet, not one of the white male salesmen wore their mask over their nose, most didn't use it as anything more than a chin guard. The service manager did the same thing. They all just walked around like it was totally fine. Only the service advisors wore their masks. Dear AL Packer Ford Lincoln, respiratory particles are expelled from the mouth *and* nose. Your employees are not special, wearing a mask as a chin warmer isn't going to help protect them or your customers. I hope to never go back there again.
