Rack Room Shoes is very busy and has a great selection, including wide men's shoes. The store is organized and everything is easy to see and find, with great deals like buy one get one half price. Staff offer great customer service and help. However, the store is crowded with barely any place to walk and no place to sit down to try shoes on. They have good quality sneakers.
Very busy for back to school, but was able to find the shoes we liked and even though they were busy, staff still came up and asked if we need any help great deals and was able to sign up easily at the register for rewards

The store has a good selection but there’s barely any place to walk, and certainly no place to sit down and try shoes on. You need more seats if you want to sell shoes. Otherwise, how is one supposed to try something on?
