horrible bank with horrible services! they will take mmore money from you than you actually have! ive given this bank chance after chance and i dont understand why im still with them. this is the second time they've put a hold on my check from work for 2 weeks!!!! i trying going to the location to take the hold off because i have bills to pay and i get told by the teller to pretty much deal with it and there is nothing he can do to help. my account became negative due to bills that needed to be paid and because i deposit my check to make it positive and fix my account they hold the only income i have and decide to keep my account negative and charge me extra overdraft fees on top of it. i would never recommend this bank to anyone.this is how they treat a customer thats been with them for a few years!

Worse bank ever!! Save your time & go literally anywhere else! They're customer service is horrible! Instead of coming behind the counter & sitting at a desk to fix the issue I was directed to do it myself on the website with my phone? Seriously

Regions Bank offered a special promotion of paying a $400 for opening an acct, doing 10 ATM transactions in the first month, and opening online statements. The bank has refused the $400 payment because I failed to open online statement. They offered no reminder to do so but charged me $4 for each of three months for not opening an online account. They can't have it both ways. The Executive Office stands by the letter of the promotion...not the substance. As far as I am concerned Regions Bank stole my money.

WORST BANK EVER, not only did they mismanage my money I’ve been charged more in fees the I pay in bills. Customer reps (not all but more than 5) are beyond rude and hang up. I’d make a chime account before I’d ever trust REGIONs with another penny of mines . It’s so frustrating especially in these challenging times to not have access to money I WORK HARD FOR. Thank you, but NEXT!!

Drive thru ATM only not sure there is a inside if so couldn't find entrace or parking except possible garage so apparently they do have bunny tube to inside not well marked dark.. Eventually found entrance to inside they are.open inside.
