My wife and I were looking for a 2023 Chevy Blazer, so we went online and found it at Mike Maroone Chevy, West Palm Beach. We called in and spoke with Mike who turned us on to Anthony to video the car and take pictures. Since the first time we spoke with Mike and Anthony they were very accommodating and helpful. It was important to us since we were not physically there to see the car. All worked out perfectly with signing documents online and Anthony delivered the car to us the very next day. Anthony made the whole transition seemless for us. If you're in the market for new or used car ask for Anthony and Mike. Great team.Thank you so much!

Bought a car from Chris and Anthony and had a tremendous experience! They both did a great job of working with me to ensure the sales experience was straight forward and easy. I also worked with Victor who was wonderful. All three were very honest which is so rare in the car industry. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Such an excellent service, thanks to Keith Hartley. My C8 Stingray had a nail in the rear tire. I came in with no appointment. It was fixed in less than 1.5 hour, and was able to use their shuttle to commute home in the meantime.Excellent communication and service from Keith. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2020 Silverado from this lot in the fall of '21, came with the 100,000 mile power train warranty thank god! Here we are now in 2023 but still under the warranty, transmission issues as expected from any Silverado post 2014. I made the appointment and dropped the vehicle off October 17, 2023 at 0745 with service manager Keith. Day 1, .... Never got around to looking at itDay 2, .... "Oh, we are still diagnosing the transmission sir..."Day 3, .... "Still diagnosing the problem... we will get right back to you" and they didn't.Day 4, found it to be a transmission issue as I previously stated when I dropped it off. "Need to order a part from a GM plant that is on Strike, sorry about your luck sir!"12 days later and still no news! I've written to my finance agency, reported it to the BBB, asked everyone at the Mike Maroone dealership for help including salesman Anthony (who left me hanging and took vacation without letting me know or assigning me to anyone else), his boss Chris Graham the sales manager, and quite a few others who have done nothing to help so are not worthy of mention. You have my vehicle hostage, and it is not very nice. Please make this right. Would the real Mike Maroone please stand up and give me a call sometime, I have some things to discuss.

This dealership is amazing. Today I got a 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS white, which is 10/10 vehicle.Dorian was the sales employee and he did great. They followed up with everything and financial department was quick and honest.Trust me, they are the best in West Palm Beach. ????

Very satisfied with the service received by Hector Bueno. My husband and I came to Florida for our weding aniversary and decided to stop by and check out a vehicule, Hector was really helpful and pleasant to deal with, we decided to purchase and he would not stop until he explained us everything we needed to know about the vehicule and responded to all our questions always with a smile on his face.

Drove all the way from Miami and Ronald colon was the sales rep that helped with hands down the best experience. Thanks to him everything went smooth and had everything ready for me for a in and out experience . Thank You to the Ron Colon and the Management team at Mike Maroone Chevrolet. I was referred to Sales Manager Mike Henderson by my salesman at another local dealership that did not have the particular Silverado ZR2 that I was looking for at the time. Mike introduced me to and handed me over to Ron Colon for a test drive and review of the truck that I came to look at during my short break away from the office. We were able to strike a deal later in the day via text & cell calls agreeing on my trade in and later that evening I took delivery of my 2023 Silverado ZR2! Thank You General Manager Chris Graham for taking the time to call me personally and accommodating me.The entire purchase process was quick and painless. Ron was extremely personable and a terrific person to meet. I highly recommend giving these Guys & Gals a chance if you're in the market to buy a new or used automobile.

So I had an appointment for an oil change at Mike Maroone and I arrived 30 minutes early. Usually they would come to your vehicle and ask you what you're here for and who your advisor is. 10 minutes past and nobody came out of their see through glass window office. So I walked in and stared at them for about 3 minutes before someone opened their mouth. They asked me what time my appointment was for and I said 1:30 and they said oh you're with Brian Savino who was sitting right in front of me ignoring me. So he asked me when my appointment was and I was saying to my self I just said it out loud but I entertained it again. I said 1:30 and he said I have to make a phone call and could I wait in my vehicle. I said ok , what ever. And I waited until 1:35 and now we're past my appointment so i walked over to find out what was going on and only when he saw me walking back in he came out. So I finally got my vehicle in line to be serviced and 15-20 minutes later I get a text saying I need a transmission flush and rear differential service. They don't know but I already had it done. But my tire sensors low before and after I left. So what multipoint inspection did they do when they couldn't catch a simple fix. Now my car is ready and Brian is no where to be found but he texted to say my vehicle is ready. Waited about 10 minutes before he appeared. I'm just annoyed at this point. Pembroke Pines Chevrolet would never have me waiting the way they had me looking silly. This costumer experience gets a F minus. Work on your customer experience mike maroone because this is a terrible look for the business.

This dealership is great! Brian was extremely helpful with fixing my AC and changing my oil. He was super responsive and called to update me only hours after dropping off the truck. Awesome customer service! Will definitely be back

Everything was pretty smooth. Easiest car buying experience we've ever had. My only complaint would be I have no idea who I need to make my payments to. I think it's pretty important to know where my payments need to be sent to or even if there's an app I can use. Alex who delivered my car was excellent.

Took my truck 3 times cause I was hearing noise from the rear all 3 times they said they fixed the problem or tried to say it was my tires. Tires got replaced issue was still the same finally they said it's the rear differential and gave me a quote for 3300.00

I have been to dealerships many times over the years and thought we had experienced it all. At other dealerships, we wonder if any sales people even work there. I eventually learned that was preferable when compared to a place like Bomnan Chevrolet who dogpile when you pull on the lot, only to massively inflate the price by thousands over what they advertise online. I've always liked Chevrolet but after going to Bomnin, I was ready to give up on the brand. I'm so glad I didn't!Maroone Chevrolet has dealerships across the country and I can say they are one of the most ethical, professional, and affordable companies I have dealt with in any industry.When we first contacted the dealership, Russ reached out to us right away from the internet sales department. Most places are obsessed with just getting you in the door, regardless if they sold the car you want. We found out Russ walks the lot everyday and knows the inventory like the back of his hand. That's a professional who wants to provide value to his customers and let that value and professionalism speak for itself. Customers come to him because they want to.My teenager was ready to buy his first vehicle. After talking to Russ, my son made the 3-hour trip and I made a 1-hour trip so that we could meet at Maroone Chevrolet.When we got there, everybody seemed to be productive. Our sales professional Andy Power was parking a recent trade and graciously asked if he could answer any questions. I was impressed he had been at the dealership over 15 years! He was extremely patient, well-informed, but not pushy. He was honest and forthright, efficient without being rushed.No one likes to be lied to or manipulated at places like Bomnin, but it's fun to deal with someone competent and motivated who makes the whole experience better. Andy Power is a great example. It's no wonder he has such consistent success over the decades.When my son settled on a clean, pre-owned Silverado, we were able to scan the window sticker for a Carfax on our phones. It said the truck had never had an accident, hadn't even left the state, and had no title or frame issues. We were able to see that all of the maintenance had been done including a recent oil change and new tires and other maintenance items only days before they put it on the lot.Even though we were buying a used truck on a budget, it was for my son! It was reassuring to know it had been checked out by a professional Chevrolet mechanic. Can you save a few bucks buying a broken down truck on Facebook? If so, it's just not worth risking my son's life for.After we agreed on terms, we had the opportunity to meet Used Car Manager Tony Stanley. This gentleman had been with Maroone for decades. I found out they're selling more vehicles than anybody in the region and expanding. No surprise!I don't know how places like Bomnin get away with inflating prices and lying to the public, but Maroone has the opposite policy. The price Tony offered us was actually lower than what was on the windshield. There were no bait-and-switch headaches or aggressive negotiation tactics that make you never want to darken the doors of a dealership again.No, at Maroone they are playing the long game focused around building a culture around a loyal community, not ripping people off to never seeing them again in the hopes another s***** comes along. I know because I was ready to quit after Bomnin. I'm so glad I gave the Chevy brand one more chance at Maroone.The last step was with finance manager Pedro Rodas. When paying cash for a trade, I wouldn't expect to see finance but at Maroone, they treat all customers with equal respect whether they are buying new, used; cash, or finance. I was glad because Pedro saved me a trip, suggesting that I call my debit card company rather than driving to get a cashier's check. Thank you Pedro!I have purchased 4 vehicles at Maroone Group. Two new Silverados, a Traverse, and now my son's Silverado. My family and I won't go anywhere else besides our extended famil
