Very rude staff. I came to return some items and the cashier was blocking the aisle with her cart. She saw me coming and just ignored me. So I ended up standing there until another employee called her out. Then when I made it up to the register, the same rude employee, Shelly, came up mumbling underneath her breath and was very rude the entire transaction. Very poor service. Would not come here again. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Manager, or whoever was at the register reflected that. Not the best attitude either. Not feeling very inspired to comeback.

I went to Ross and grabbed some shampoo and conditioner and the bottles stained and ruined my clothes I don’t know how Ross could allow for these shelves to be so disgusting and when I brought it to the store associates attention she told me that her clothes were ruined before from these shelves as well. This is completely negligent and I hope something is done about this.

Ross at the Palm Beach Lakes Outlet is an incredible store filled with items at affordable prices. There are women’s, men’s, children’s clothing, shoes, home, beauty, luggage and more. Iris, the assistant manager and staff are courteous and kind when it comes to customer service. Love this store and I highly recommend it!

Nice place, They have a wide variety of merchandise, what draws my attention and bothers me is that at the end at the exit when you buy the merchandise the security guard at the door asks you for the ticket and to open your bag to check, I found that in bad taste
