It's not fair that they have to deal with so many people just disrespecting the racks and tossing stuff haphazardly. However this is the only reason they don't get a perfect 5. The store is clean and neat other than that. I feel they need to spend more time merchandising the store. It's difficult to find some things and with all the disorder from customers it's frustrating. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will find identical items on the shelf with two different prices sometimes.

Security guards are trash. Theres 3 - 4 all standing around in the same place not doing anything. The security tag went off on a pair of shoes I was buying so I asked an associate if she could turn it off while I was still shopping and she told me to go to the front. I went to one of the security guards to ask him to turn it off reset it whatever he needed to do abd he proceeds to tell me he will hokd them at the front while I finished. When I was checking out, I told the lady I had shoes behind the counter and when she went to look they were gone. She asked me which one held them I pointed out the security guard and she asked him abd all of a sudden the shoes were missing, he went from saying they were put back to some other excuse. I asked tbr young lady if I could check the shoes area, in all the chaos of shoes everywhere I checked multiple times. The security guard could care less that I handed them to him. If I wouldve known he was going to sit them down anywhere I would've just kept them in my cart and listened to the damn alarm the rest of the time I was there. He didnt even try to help look from them.

I see 3 girls around the cash register, one with a customer, the other 2 are organizing something, I approach because the lights of the cash register are on and the girl quickly tells me: Nobody has called you 😡 I ask the girl who is serving the others , it's just you in the box and answer Yes. He immediately comes out with his Next voice and doesn't even say Hello. A lot of clutter, it is impossible to find what you are looking for. To make matters worse, you try to get help from the employees and they practically ignore you. There were 2 employees talking at the door and only one box open with an extremely long line, I didn't have time to wait until the workers finished talking to open the remaining boxes. don't go there
