Fast and good service. Rashaud (I believe that was his name) was very friendly and helpful; he even noticed our car's tire was a little flat and pumped it up while we waited. Our appointment and repairs went exactly as scheduled and hoped. Good place.

The employees at Safelite went out of their way to communicate clearly and set expectations. They were all extremely polite and helpful. My windshield was replaced quickly and perfectly.

Had to get a windshield replacement, when I got the car back my entire dashboard was scarred and cut up from the removal. "Replacement" windshield broke after less than a month and company refuses to do anything. Lobby has a terrible urine smell as well

I had a truly terrible experience with this Safelite location. I took my Tesla in for a windshield replacement, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They promised to call me the same day, but I never heard from them. When I went there the next day, they admitted they had the wrong windshield and only realized it after removing my original one. They put the old one back, which now had additional damage, and told me it would take a month for the correct windshield to arrive. To make matters worse, they shattered the entire windshield, which initially only had a tiny chip, and scratched the windshield columns of my car. They insisted it was safe to drive like that, which is absurd. How can anyone drive with a shattered windshield? It's not only unsafe but also illegal in many places. It's been a month since this ordeal, and I still haven't heard anything about the windshield. I've had to rent a car, and when I went back to the Safelite location for an explanation, the manager shockingly told me they never even ordered the windshield. This level of incompetence is absolutely unbelievable. I wouldn't trust this Safelite location with any car repairs after this experience.

They did a great job on my wife's windshield, and so I expected it to be a great experience with this one. They were courteous helpful and quick. Definitely five star service. The experience was great, but the appointment setup was confusing. I scheduled my windshield replacement through travelers and it brought me to Safelite. I selected a morning appointment, but then when I got the text from them the text said they would have it all day. As I said above they were very accommodating and got my truck out in the morning because I needed it for the afternoon.

Thank you Safelite for fixing my car's windshield at my home. Even doctors don't make house calls any more. The technician was punctual, fast and friendly.

Extremely disappointed with the outcome. The technician did a great job, there are no complaints regarding his workmanship and customer service. He was great. The issue at hand is that the seal around the windshield they used wasnt oem and was aftermarket. Because of this, my windshield has roughly 4 inches of exposed glass edge on both sides. Also, the seal used doesn't fully fill in the void that the oem seal would've filled in. Thus leaving space for water and debris to fill up. On my vehicle, the glass rubber seal is supposed to meet with another seal at the hood of the vehicle, and now that the aftermarket seal is short, I have two open voids which will allow debris and other things to get into that space. None of this was brought to my attention. I had to go outside and inspect the vehicle to notice this issue. I'm thoroughly disappointed with the way this came out. I included pictures of the poor manner in which the new aftermarket seal cover the new pos glass they installed. On top of that, the portion of the windshield with the black paint on it already has a nice scratch in it so you can see light coming theough it. See picture below. The exterior was left dirt. And covered in black adhesive residue. See pictures below. Aftermarket and OEM are nowhere near the same thing. Make sure you know what they're putting on your car and ask before they start because if you don't, you'll be left with subpar parts and service like myself.
