Great experience with Jim at service, really helpful. After having a bad experience at another dealership. I talked to Jim about whats going on with my brand new truck and he had my truck in within 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back to this dealership for service.

I was excited to share about my experience at Schumacher after walking out with a lease a couple of weeks ago that exceeded my expectations. However, I am a little frustrated at the moment since I have yet to hear back despite reaching out via text, email, voicemail, and leaving a message with the operator who assured me I'd receive a call back. I'm hoping this will somehow get my message across, because it had otherwise been a positive experience. I was supposed to have been contacted to return to Schumacher and receive my FL tag within a couple of days, but it has now been almost two weeks. Not to mention, my salesman told me he was holding onto my second car key to ensure I’d return so he could have my car detailed and the gas tank refilled, since it was after hours by the time everything was wrapped up. I was also overcharged while working on the financing due to a payment that seemed not to have gone through at the time, but after allowing a few days for the transaction to process, the charge did go through, and I have asked about being reimbursed for this extra charge. I will say Sales Manager Nick Efthyvoulou was very attentive in personally coming over and introducing himself at one point during the sales process. Thank you.

I’m a new Buick Owner and this is only my second visit but both times Nick, the service advisor was absolutely wonderful. He has really great customer service skills and went above and beyond.
James did a decal removal for me in the service dept and he did a great job and was super helpful.
After years of dealing with another nearby dealership getting ripped off and treated poorly, I am so happy to now be a Buick owner. The experience is night and day.

I would like to see a review of all of my vehicle inspections at each service. MPI videos are being used by your competition which show they are more concentrated in the VALUE of my needs as a consumer.

Vivian was my online sales person and she was communicative & great! We came to price agreement before I drove down to dealership and she welcomed me upon arrival. Paperwork was with the wrong finance person, but they were able to retrieve it quickly and get us on our way!

I leased a GMC Sierra EV Max about 45 days ago, i was approved, made the payment in store and all was good. This week i received a letter from them saing my finance application was denied now, and not other information provided now. I called the dealer over 10 times in 3 different days, and they only have a virtual call center that don't find anyone to transfer the call, i left 10 messages for call back, but no one called me back. I also sent emails with no answer at all. So this dealer do not care at all for customer service, since they don't reply emails or answer calls. Very disappointing !

I am not very happy with this dealership. My husband and I leased a vehicle but we returned it because the dealership refused to honor the 12,000 miles/year that we signed for. Who does that? Schumacher does! We even emailed the vice president but we received no response. This dealership has no integrity or professionalism.

Horrible dealership. They are very unorganized. Stay away from Craig. My wife and I signed a document reflecting that our leased vehicle would get 12,000 miles per year but then he reneges on that and states it will only be 10,000 miles per year. The salesman stated that if there were scratches on the car after 3 years we have nothing to worry about but then Craig said we are responsible for the scratches. One person contradicts the other. I also got very suspicious when they wanted to force me to pay a disposition fee and get higher insurance coverages. A lot of things just did not add up.

I just went to the dealership to try to buy a 2025 Buick Enclave, ready to make a purchase and simply looking for a fair price. The salesperson, Vivian, and the manager were completely rude, saying that was the price and if I was interested, I should take it or leave it. I wrote down my name and phone number on the proposal, and in a very disrespectful way, they told me not to bother because they were going to throw the paper away and that I should leave.
Instead of buying the car, I left disappointed and upset by the terrible customer service. I never do this, but I will make sure to leave an honest review on every social media platform.
