I was looking for new insurance, auto and home. I called there and spoke to a woman, Kelly. She gave me quotes over the phone.I went in. She is very personable and professional. Even a few days later, I found something I did not understand. I stopped by, and she straightened it out for me. I highly recommend this office.

Been with State Farm for 57 years in 2 states, multiple Florida locations.Initiated home & auto in 10/22 with this office-left another office (after a year). Agent-Liz Posada. Nov. '23 requested reduced condo insurance & monthly billing. 12 min. on phone- coverage/premium-approved. I have detailed, contemporaneous notes.4 MONTHS LATER-FEB 2023-STILL trying to understand her mistakes, fix her mess. I have all notes, all emails. Requested electronic SF transcripts. Got 'em. STATE FARM stated she wrote INCORRECT policy (!) AND didn't fix it (when I asked!)In office- owner-Scott N's son- went to computer, "I don't know why she did any of this-what a mess". Had to make appt w/Scott-owner- (hadn't met), brought detailed, written timeline of contacts, details.AND THIS IS WHAT HE DID- 20 minute meeting....he "told" me 'what happened' (incorrect 'spin', no accountability & HOSTILE), criticized me for changing agents (?), & INTERRUPTED ME 9 (NINE) TIMES (20 minutes-do the math). I declared I did not feel SAFE should a catastrophe occur-this office would not advocate for my best interests. And HE lacked self-control.He was OUTRAGED. Not about losing my business-at his losing control of the meeting. How dare I???Eeuuw. And repeat. Angry man, bully, manipulative (& bad at it), misogynist, unappreciative of clients, careless w/ client's largest assets, arrogant...pick one or ALL.At the door, I turned & thanked his son, advising him to teach his father some Customer Service pointers.Stay far, far away from this office. 'CAPTURING' the policy (SALES)-the ONLY focus.You've been warned...& I've been in alot of SF offices.

I had questioned about my policy and claim , decided to give the text agent a shot. Within a minute I had someone texting me back with answers. They were very courteous and so responsive to my claim and policy . Very helpful and I am very pleased to be a State Farm customer. Thank you State Farm and Kelly .
