I recently broke a flash drive and needed to retrieve the data. SERT DATA didn't stop until the data was retrieved. We received 5 star service and our data was treated with confidentially. I highly recommend them!

We cannot say enough about how appreciative we are of SERT's honesty and openness about pricing and expectations. We called SERT after sending our drive to another company, and needing advice. This other company (will go unnamed but there are SO many just like this) first gave us a range of pricing, promising it would be on the lower end of it, only to get a call back that it was at the VERY top end of the range. Then they promised to get 90-98% of our data back based on the damage, only to get back 70%. They had promised no cost if we were not happy with the recovery, but when we asked to stop moving forward were told that there was a $200+ cancellation fee. From the beginning, every promise this other company made and explanation was vague, dishonest, and turned out to be a bait-and-switch. After speaking to SERT for only a few minutes, I had a better explanation than I had received from this other company in month. and I only wish we had sent it to them to begin with. He was very direct and honest about everything from cost, experience, and work involved and we were able to move forward without questions. I cannot recommend them enough.

My new hero. Working in the area, flash drive broke. Catastrophic to my business. Todd explained everything, managed to pulled all the data and got it onto a new flash in 24hrs. 100% recommend for data recovery.

Just going through some paperwork and found my receipt for recovery of files on a broken flash drive from January 2021. All files are on new drive that I provided. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. Todd responded to text messages rather quickly. A great reminder for me to back up the new flash drive more regularly. Thanks again for your service Todd!!

Todd from SERT is absolutely amazing and so talented. He helped me feel so much better from the first phone call. I knew I could put my trust in him. In fact, after another large engineer company (Gilware) couldn't recover ANY of my files, I decided to get a second opinion. Todd pulled through and recovered everything I needed. He offered communication every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Todd. He is so talented and amazing at what he knows and does to recover your data! Just got my hard drive data back from SERT Data Recovery, including the latest draft of an almost-completed novel. They managed to even get into an encrypted Mac where I had no idea of the encryption key. Great service, reliable, responsive, and organized. Highly recommend them.

The attitude of Todd, i think it's his name, is the worse... Answering every question as if the customer is stupid and over explaining things when I made a mistake on the quote form. I chose not to do business with them. He claims he's the most affordable in the area when he quoted me a flat rate of $2300 without even evaluating the device and another company charged $300. Because it was a simple problem.
