The lady who was at the cashier was not helpful at all, unprofessional and overall, the store needs some better management/supervision. It's unfortunate that you go to a paint store and can't receive any assistance.

I've shopped this store within the past year. I was assisted by Sheldon who was delightful. We are getting ready to paint our house and so we visited the shop today to get paint samples (something that was no problem about 6 months ago - so during the COVID period). An employee, whom I can only identify as "Jus" because there was something obscuring his name, was behind the counter. When I presented my colors and asked for samples, I was told by "Jus" to "Go to Home Depot or Lowes because we don't have any." I told him Lowes didn't have any either. I said, what should we do? He replied: "Don't paint". He then launched into a condescending rant to my husband and I about supply chain issues. Now, our paint contractor never mentioned anything about that but I know times are tough all over. However, this man WAS SO RUDE. We were actually stunned. I felt like we were being punked he was so rude. We walked out shaken. We all have bad days but, c'mon.

Outstanding service . Very knowledgeable staff, I came in looking for epoxy options and the lady manager gave me all the information I needed to switch my business to sherwin Williams , she also connect me with local floor coatings rep. Will definitely continue shopping from this location from now on .
