Do not use if you need reliability. First time I used it for my dream trip at Pebble beach, they literally lost my clubs and couldn’t find them until a week later. Didn’t have my clubs or shoes for all 4 golf days. They were professional and reimbursed me for rentals, but too little too late.
Edit: in response to their response, the bag was given to the station exactly as instructed. Don't know anything about the shipping label being detached. Like I said: they are professional, but things happen in their logistics system so don't use for important things.

Never use Shipsticks!! I had my clubs set to arrive at the course 2 days before my first round of my golf trip and Shipsticks still didn’t get them delivered on time. Customer service was absolutely useless and gave me a ton of false information. They said they would be delivered first thing in the morning 3 days after the original arrival date and they weren’t delivered until the afternoon. They also marked them as delivered 4 hours before they were actually delivered and they were marked as delivered to the wrong course. I will tell every golfer I ever meet to never use Shipsticks. Truly awful company with terrible customer service.

Superior staff members. All of the ones I have had the pleasure of working with. I think of no others when shipping my golf clubs ANYWHERE !!

My first experience will be my only.
My clubs and bag were SOAKING wet and a day late (paid for the highest priced service to avoid this to begin with). Rusty irons and wedges, ruined golf gloves, broken stand bag. Thank God I didn’t send my woods or putter up with this delivery. Very unimpressed. I chose another route to get my clubs back home.
Then they send you a claim report to fill out that takes forever and said they’ll give you the used value, etc… aka pennies on the dollar or what you paid for the item.

Ship sticks should be able to ship clubs from Naples to Cincinnati in less than 2 weeks . Seems like it’s what they should be good at . Make sure you really don’t care when they arrive

*** UPDATED REVIEW - CLUBS ARE HOME ***
I will leave my below rant to prove a point.
Problems will happen, its how you respond that matters.
Ship Sticks made everything right, their team members Mark and Lisa helped and im sure others helped to get my clubs back to me.
When I think about this experience it was worth using them because if anything goes wrong, they are their to solve it.
I would have to spend countless hours on the phone with UPS to locate missing clubs.
Instead they did it for me and i got to keep working
despite missing a few rounds of golf, I am still able to start my season off with my clubs.
Thank you Ship Sticks, sorry for being a PIA.
***Original post****
I decided to use Ship Sticks for my business trip to TX, that was a giant mistake that will cost me THOUSANDS of dollars
I am in TX on business, I missed 3 rounds of golf costing me X amount in networking and business, and I will miss the start of my golf league and have to go get fitted for new clubs.
MY guaranteed delivery date of Friday the 5th is long gone.
My clubs were scanned onto the truck for delivery on Friday the 5th and were supposed to be delivered to my hotel.
Instead late Friday afternoon, the driver marked that the business was closed and did not deliver my clubs... now the clubs are missing.
I feel like the driver or someone stole my clubs while Ship Sticks says the label fell off?
I was told i will get $2,000 in a a few months towards replacement, it will likely cost me closer to $4,000-$5,000 to replace my fitted ping irons, Fitted driver, wedges and putter, not to mention the bag, travel bag, shoes, and premium balls that were all lost.
This company just uses UPS or Fedex to ship clubs, do not waste your time, money, or reputation on recommending this company.
I really wanted to like this service and after asking my audience who to use they were highly recommended.
What was supposed to be a great golf business trip turned into a nightmare dealing with this company and now I will lose days trying to get and learn new clubs as well as thousands of dollars out of pocket because i trusted them.
Now I can't even work with UPS directly i have to go through their customer service to resolve anything and they said it will be months.

Ship sticks is a useless third party as they subcontract delivery to Fed Ex. In my case Fed Ex incorrectly delivered someone else's 7" tall , heavy 50 +++ pound, roll of custom tarps, ( see photo) in addition to my suitcase. ( Tarps had both one of my Ship Sticks labels on it , plus the rightful owners labels) Working through Ship Sticks , they kept insisting for 4 days in a row that Fed Ex would pick up the tarps, they never did. It was left to me to solve the problem. Their word for word excuse was " the circumstances are beyond our control as the shipment was NOT associated with their company." That is incorrect - they introduced Fed Ex into my life, Fed Ex made an error and Ship Sticks has a duty to solve it. It took me 6 weeks and out of pocket cash to solve the problem ( the rightful owner travelled 600 miles to pick up the tarps). The CEO Mr. Nicholas Coleman and the COO Mr. Geoffrey Skoch didn't care enough to even respond to my letter of December 5 which I know was received as I used UPS tracking. ( see copy of letter attached) In fact, they are nowhere to be found on their own website, ( I found them on Linkedin) This speaks volumes about their lack of accountability when something goes wrong. In short if you use Ship Sticks and something goes wrong, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN What was supposed to be hassle free was nothing but a stressful , expensive waste of time. NEVER AGAIN. ( I posted a review on Trust Pilot and Ship Sticks responded that they couldn't verify I was legitimate, really? Dozens of emails, phone calls and I have attached a copy of the letter I sent , which did not receive the courtesy of a response. I did ask them to take my email address out of their system as they continued to bombard me with advertisements so maybe they don't keep records of complaints either. However, I can assure you that this did happen )

Never use them for international travel....what a joke. They insisted my clubs were at the Shannon Airport while in fact they were locked up in a customs warehouse in Shannon. Our bus driver knew about the warehouse due to so many problems with Shipsticks. And when we got to the warehouse 35 other sets of clubs shipped by shipsticks were in the warehouse Awaiting docs from Shipsticks! Had it not been for a helpful and competent Fed Ex guy I never would have gotten my clubs. Did Shipsticks refund my money or apologize.? NO! They argued over and over they had done their job. According to Fed Ex, Shipsticks sent all the customs docs on all those clubs to Dublin, Ireland and not Shannon. Thus the hold. Never even an apology. Nuts. Arrogant, incompetent company. YOUR STUFF WILL NOT ARRIVE ON TIME! The WORST! THE WORST!! They deserve ZERO STARS. We shipped our items, did not receive them timely, nor did they pick up items from the hotel. They claimed no one would help them find the items, when in fact, NO ONE ever showed up to pick up the items at all.
The hotel staff had to do their job and drive our luggage to a FEDEX office and drop off days after our departure. To make matters worse, Ship Skis then tried to blame us and the hotel for making their job difficult. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are not dependable and the customer service is disrespectful and inept.

3/7/2024 This organization simply lost my golf clubs. Never found. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. Why are so many unhappy??? All they do is sign up with FEDex. When I contacted Fedex trying to find my clubs, they said "talk to the shipper" (i.e. shitsticks). Their website insurance is $2000. Can you replace your clubs and shoes and samsonite container for $2000?????? Hahahaha eff me. This is a mom and pop "organization". CONTACT FedEx yourself. NEVER use this crappy husband and wife "team". Reading some of their reviews, they appear fake. Also, check out the Better Business Bureau in southern Florida; the rating there is worse than Yelp's. Why are there so many unhappy customers??? Ask youself that. Don't be the next one! Use Fedex directly or usps or ups...why involve SS? Don't be stupid!!!

Leaving this review with the understanding that an ice storm and FedEx were likely part of the issue. I had shipped my clubs using Ship Sticks to Bandon, Oregon for the Bandon Dunes courses. I followed the recommendation to have the shipment out a day in advance so that my clubs would arrive the Friday before my Monday tee time...However, an ice storm impacted my clubs making it, which is fine - act of God-type circumstance. However, I was given incorrect information a couple times by Ship Sticks about the location of my clubs and when they would arrive (might be a shared issue with FedEx). Push comes to shove, I booked the trip of a lifetime and never received my clubs, using rentals for the entire week. I will give a 3-star rating because the resort loaned me clubs, paid for by Ship Sticks, and received a $200 credit for balls/tees, etc, also paid for by Ship Sticks. Long story short, brutal experience not playing with my own set and will never use this service again, but Ship Sticks did reimburse some of the fee, as well as pay for rental equipment for my week at Bandon Dunes. Process was easy, service team/experience was fine, but certainly not hassle-free, nor convenient.

Excellent and very affordable and trustworthy service. I paid only $89 to ship my golf clubs from Florida to California and it only took 5 days to get there. I had them boxed at the UPS Store for $25 and then I dropped them off to the FedEx location. The regular USPS post office had quoted me $255.00! No thank you. I stick with ShipSticks.

I paid $387.97 to have my clubs delivered Thur Feb 8th, As the date approached I got a call saying there would be a one day delay. The next day I got another call saying there would be another one day delay. The day after that I got a call saying there would be a 3rd delay. I still don't have my clubs. I called and complained and they said they would call me back - they didn't so i called back the next day. They are willing to give me a $4.99 credit - yes you read that correctly

My clubs were supposed to be picked up by fed ex on 2/09 from the Sarasota Hyatt. They were not and apparently there is no fed ex pick up here this weekend. Ship sticks said I could try to find a fed ex drop off. Instead I am taking my clubs home with me. Never even got a notice that they were not being picked up as scheduled. Very poor service and I am disappointed. They got to Sarasota fine but now I can no longer trust Ship Sticks with my clubs.

This is absolutely the worst company ever. They lost my ski boot bag that had other valuable items inside as well. Totally unhelpful. They don't care about customers or customer service. They are a fraudulent company. Scam! Beware!! You will not see your property again!! I am contacting an attorney!
