This was an excellent rental car experience. Quick and on time service at the price quotes. I would skip the $13.00 per day toll expense. I forgot a bag in my car on return and was quickly returned back to rental place and airport and bag was secured safely.

.Beware & please check your rentals with this company throughly and take pictures and video everything on the vehicle. Sixt likes to rent vehicles that have existing damage/problem and then try to impose the damages on what ever customer they can. I rented a vehicle and after leaving the counter no one came out to walk thru the vehicle with me. I was told to write down any additional scratches or dents on the vehicle which I did and Thank God I always video document my rental vehicles. Days after I returned the vehicle not only was I over charged but they also contacted me stating that I had damaged the vehicle. Good thing I had video/photo evidence or I would have been stuck with the charges! Crooks ! Not worth renting from them!

Returned a car. Received an invoice 8 days later for 8 more days of the rental. Charged to the card. The outsourcers could help much... said sorry and refunded 80% of it because he was able to work in an 80% discount on the 8 days they charged me that I didn't have the car.

Terrific service.The morning after I got my rental car, one of my rental car tires was seriously flat. It's unclear how/when the tire issue happened - before or after I picked it up? But I called the Sixt PBI number and Antonio told me that it was not their standard policy, but they would drive a new car out to me and retrieve the old one. Daniel came within 30 minutes of my call with a replacement vehicle and took the original rental away. Both were friendly and helpful and made a potentially difficult situation easy.

Worst customer service I ever had in my life and I’m 49 years old … I went to the Hertz had no problems renting a car with great customer services …. I’ll never recommend this bullchit company to anyone and fyi my cousin had the same bad experience the next day at the same both.

Customer service over the phone is not educated on the policy at all. Every person I spoke to over the phone told me different information, then when I got the branch to get my car, I had to jump through so many hoops to get the car because I was told incorrect information over the phone. RETRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I came to pick up the car at 11 o'clock in the morning, and we waited for more than an hour and finally got the car, but a nail got stuck in the wheel, so we went out for lunch come back waited for another hour and got the a new car, and we had a total of 7 people and the car they gave us was too small.So we had to carry all the bags in our chest and dehydrate and I asked next day if they could change for me because the car was too uncomfortable, but I couldn't get any response.Guys don’t rent a car on SIXT !!I'll never do it again!!! ???

I was given a vehicle that was infested with roaches. They started crawling out of the vents and across the dashboard while I was on the highway. I had to endure this for 4 hrs until I could reach the nearest Sixt for a vehicle exchange. The manager at Sixt west palm was unavailable when I returned the vehicle and I was assured he would contact me that day to rectify the situation. I never received a call and was charged the full rental amount despite this disgusting and dangerous situation my family was put in!!! ZERO stars

My wife accidentally left her wallet at the counter. When we called, they said there’s no way to reach the location by phone and we have to register by email. They told us they would get it back to us within 24 to 48 hours. I haven’t heard from them after several attempts. (And in response to the owner Jay E, we have contacted customer service several times but they just keep sending us to the lost and found website which hasn't done anything.)

I am a Sixt Subscription holder and love the service. This morning I received great service at the West Palm Beach Location. The manager Nelson De La Rosa was personalable and answered all of my question. I will definitely contunie to use Sixt.
