Josh at the Tanger outlet store was so incredibly helpful and amazing! He helped helped my dad find the perfect pair of sneakers for his needs (walking shoes with high arch support and no laces) and was so friendly and patient the entire time. Can’t say enough good things about Josh!

If you need tennis shoes, don't miss this store. It offers excellent service and better prices. I won't be returning to the Outlet store. This store in Northlake has a good inventory and better prices.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and when I tell you I got THE BEST service that would be an understatement. He was understanding, patient (which I definitely needed someone with patience 🤣) and so pleasant to just be around. So happy with my experience, I love buying shoes as is but this was 10 times better.

The associates at this location were very helpful. I came in to return and possibly exchange a pair of sneakers during the last hour before closing and was pleased greeted, attended and assisted. I ended up taking home two pairs for a great price with their great discount and coupons through their points program. Skechers hardly ever disappoints and this location seems to be one of their better outlets stops.

I went to this store to get a pair of slip ons to wear around the house. Associate Kevin came over and filled me in about this new product. He showed excitement sharing all the details. In an outlet store, this man got other sizes I might need. Very impressive. Kevin represents customer service skills that are lacking in many retail environments. I bought 2 pair! Thank you Kevin. Be proud!
