I recently shopped at the Skechers Factory Outlet and had a very positive experience. Simon, one of the salespersons, was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. When my size was not available on the floor, he went into the stockroom to see if he could find me a pair. He was very polite and personable and made every attempt to find me the sizes that I needed. As as result, I left the store with three pairs of sneakers/shoes and a big smile of satisfaction. Kudos to Simon for a job well done. And, I wrote a review as promised.

I went to the store to trade a new pair of shoes as the ones ordered were not what I expected. The store also did not have in stock the ones I wanted to get as well. So I asked the clerk to just process a refund for me. They were unable to do that for me at the store because I had paid through PayPal and couldn’t figure out how to do it so I had to go home and print a return label and then drop it off at a UPS store. It should have been a simple process at the store.

Nicole R was amazing and helpful. stayed with my husband and I and helped him find the shoe he was looking for. he tried Sperry and Clark’s and reported that Skechers were more comfortable!thanks again Nicole for being so helpful!

This is the worst Skechers store in the United States. I have worn sketches shoes for years and I have $35 off my next sale, but for the second time this year, they couldn't get the coupon on my phone to work on their computer. It comes up on their computer, it just doesn't seem to work. My phone number comes up. My email comes up. My name comes up. My discount comes up. They just cannot seem to use it. Then they refused the Tanger Outlet Mall app discount. This is the worst Skechers store on the country.

Will definitely be coming to this Skechers store to get my work shoes ? from now on. The young salesman Randy was attentive and informative. Took the time to look in there backroom, and found me a pair of shoes in my size. He had a great attitude and was patient enough to answer all my questions. We later noticed him helping a customer in Spanish, which is a plus in my book. People like him deserve recognition. Thank you Randy!
