I had the best experience at this location. I needed help finding shoes that I could walk in daily and not lose my balance i have arch issues that cause my balance problems so a very friendly and helpful worker her name was nelly was great to me she suggested schechers arch fit technology shoes to support my arch whilst supporting my balance keeping my posture aligned. so I would stop loosing my balance and she was right. I love my new shoes and the help she offered was above and beyond going out her way to make sure I found exactly what my feet needed. Thank you so much. A+ for this location great selection of shoes and great employees as well as promos!

Big outlet store with a wide selection. Plenty of stock on hand and their clearance area is full. Parking is good. Staff are friendly and helpful

Called Skechers on military Trail in Okeechobee. Inquiring about some information that we order some sandals eight months to a year ago and the gentleman was so rude it wasn’t listening to anything I had to say trying to talk to the customer and talk to me I’m saying one thing he sent another wow I just hang up the phone because I felt as if I wasn’t being heard and I am a frequent shopper but I don’t think I’ll be going back to that location he’s a older white gentleman I don’t think so.

The warehouse and the outlet stores and prices are out of hand there's not much of a discount if you watch sales at the department stores you can pay the same price

I thought I’d try a new brand of sneaker after seeing a great commercial for pickleball sneakers online. I became a Skechers Member, and bought the sneakers directly online. The pair I purchased was too snug, so I only played 2 games of pickleball with them before taking them off. After confirming with Bruce at the West Palm Beach Skechers store, that I could return them at the store, for a refund, I went back 4 days later to return the sneakers, just to be told by Adrana the store manager, “we won’t refund you because you’ve worn the sneakers.” I live 25 minutes from the store, so reluctantly, I was forced to take another pair which I really don’t like, but wasn’t willing to lose $115.00 (which was more than the in-store price of $99 plus tax) Comparing the value and service I got from Skechers, vs Nike and Hoka, I will definitely stay with the two who value their members. After trying to explain to Adrana, it was clearly of no interest to her that I felt disgusted and taken advantage of. I felt sorry for Bruce because he was the one who said they’d refund me as long as I can show a receipt which was produced, showing the sneakers were brand new.

I had the best shoes shopping experience with a associate name josh with my kid for school shopping... Even when my kid was getting a lil annoy... He went beyond to make him happy with his pick... Would gladly say go say hi to josh with your shoes shopping experience you won't be disappointed

Really good prices for the beginning of school. Buy one get the second one at 50%, an excellent discount!!. I bought my Skechers a year ago for work and they still doing well.P.S I walk every day, none stopping

Bought new work shoes and a paar of tennis shoes with comfortable memory liners very comfortable, have some issues with planter fasciatis as people do as they get older. Prices haven't gone up to extreme because, of inflation.
