Awful service!!! Stay clear of this dealership. I've had nothing but terrible experiences every time I go there for service. I have a brand new purchase here, that was a total disaster. Two years later and the disaster continues. The mental in the service department are Extremely Rude & Disrespectful to Women. Mike Kauffman should not be working with the public. He's rude, not welcoming, gives you short answers like he doesn't want to be there. I made an appointment to get an oil change but Mike handed me a work order for me to pay for a service I did not ask for. When I explained to him that I was there for an oil change, he responded, "Okay. Have a seat it'll be a few hours" Its not so much what he said But how it was said. I explained to him the young who I make the appointment with told me it'll be about an hour. He replies, "I don't know who She is but (with a condescending laugh) it will not be an hour" I then asked him why was he being like that, no response, just a evil stare. I told him that okay, I'll go to the Mercedes dealership in PompanoPompano Beach because the customer service here is always terrible. Something really needs to be at Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach. I don't know where they find these people that they employ, but they're awful human beings. BAD SERVICE!!!!

I have spent at least 5k to the Mercedes Palm Beach service department. My Service advisor, (who I will not name, because I am a kind person, ) was awesome in the beginning, he seemed professional, honest, and made me feel comfortable get my vehicle serviced, I don't have a brand new Benz, I have 2012 GLK im awesome condition, just needed some service and tlc. After spending this amount you would think my service advisor would return my numerous calls and text messages, when I wished to schedule my yearly service again, but I was ignored, rushed of the phone and made to feel insignificant. I will never return to not only this dealership but ever a Mercedes Dealership again in life, that's how much this has turned me off of Mercedes on dealership level. I do love my vehicle and found a lovely mechanic who services down the street and doesn't charge nearly the price and coincidentally he worked for Mercedes Benz palm beach service department years ago. Save your money and time and look elsewhere for your service needs, it will only help you in the long run. You've been warned

I'm starting to see why the reviews are so terrible. They have a very nasty attitude here. I needed warranty extension and the rep had a chip on his shoulder. He couldn't even find my account, and tried to sell me third party warranty like a used car salesman...I then called Jacksonville Atlantic beach Mercedes...sweetest people in the world and competent. The rep was able to pull up my account and even told me when my warranty was up, which put my mind at ease and he will take care of the extension by Monday. This is class, and what Mercedes should represent. Not an Al Bundy miserable shoe salesman like West Palm Mercedes on Okeechobee. You will never get my business again.

First and last time servicing my vehicle at this dealer. I'm shocked to have witnessed such unprofessional behavior back to back from the service area. It looked like a factory with so many people bringing in Mercedes cars with issues. I'm gathering they're just hiring and firing just about anybody to work there.

DO NOT LEASE from here! I went in to get a quote, and the woman quoted me almost Double what the price of the lease should be! I was too Appalled by the situation to even get her name to put in this review! (Blonde hair, office is first on the left when you walk in). Don't know how many years of experience you have, an Educated consumer is Not your best consumer! Don't lease from here....I will take my business elsewhere, and so should you!

JD was my service advisor and I was extremely impressed by the level of service he provided. He went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of the entire needs of my car with videos and text messages. Finding top notch employees is not easy nowadays, he's definitely one of the best Mercedes advisors I've worked with. Thanks again!

The place I got my car a few years ago. Grabbed a quick lil change, topped of my fluids and chatted with Jason my advisor. The amount of respect and customer service is mind blowing. How issues are handled are amazing. This hands down must be the best in Palm Beach. Can't wait to see what this place offers next. Perfect score

Nothing like receiving a marketing call at 8:55am, Tuesday May 15th about "not seeing me at the dealership in a while" are you kidding!? How vague and bizarre during work hours. Upon advising to take my phone number off the marketing list, the lovely Mercedes employee hangs up on me. This is just another reason why I would never return to Mercedes Benz Palm Beach. Every interaction with this dealership has been poor. It's disgusting a business feels as though it may treat customers badly repeatedly! Have some pride and integrity, treat people with RESPECT...

So far bad experience here. Small fender bender and had to wait 2 weeks to even get an appt. Brought car in on April 25th and told easy job, probably looking at 2 weeks. Now over a week and no one contacting me with status. Left multiple messages only to find out the body shop consultant Kelli I was assigned left and I guess my car was not reassigned, b/c all Chris can tell me is my car just went into production (whatever that means). Only have 2 weeks rental coverage and already burned a week. Hit and miss if reception even picks up here also, most of time you go to voicemail. Now I have call into Eddie the manager. Will see what that brings. I should of listened to the customer who came in when I was dropping off and told me not to leave my car here as he has been months waiting and the person on the phone complaining b/c what they were being charged was way over insurance is covering.

Worst Benz dealership i been to yet, i had my car towed here and service done on 03/27/23 on my 2015 C300 the would start run a few days then die then jumped it would run then shut off in few minutes again. The “technician” Raul does a full inspection to the car claiming i need $13,000 or repairs… the car ran absolutely fine and drove it around state wtf? I asked what does it need to just get it running? He tells my “service advisor” or whatever they call themselves a battery AND alternator… i found that kind of strange and so did everyone i speak to. Well i dont know anything about cars i approved the battery and alternator. Upon getting a rental car, i proceed to pay and was told i cannot pay using MY company card because it doesn’t not have my name on it lol i have never heard such thing literally i had to put the car in my wifes name. Upon bring the car back and picking my C300 was greeted with this ridiculous $3,400 for the 2 parts, i asked the service advisor do you take military discount? She states “yes” she will speak with a manager and come right back, well she does and comes back saying i already have a “manager discount”? So they wouldn’t do anything… so the correct answer is “NO” you dont do military discount. I was going to have the oil changed and one tire replaced while the car was there if they were a little more honest with me the technician credibility is shot with me i still cant tell if that was a honest diagnostic or typical salesmen looking for brownie points. I am so sorry I couldn’t tow my car to the Cutler Bay Mercedes Benz in Miami that dealership put this Palm Beach to shame they are honest reliable and do proficient work save your time money and go to that one instead this place.

In February of 2021 the OSR cover on my Mercedes Benz C300 AWD had to be replaced because it had come off. At this time it was still under warranty 18 months later it flew off my car again while I was going 45 miles per hour and the dealership refused to stand behind there work and replace the part free of charge. Interestingly, 15.096 cars from 2015-2020 many of them C300 with the panoramic sunroof were part of the recall. For some reason, my car which is an AWD C 300 was left out of the recall. The OSR cover has now flown off my car twice. I believe that this is deserving of a recall I strongly believe that all of the cars that came off the line with my car should be recalled. Someone could have been maimed or killed by this flying car part. I have contacted the NHTSA and opened a case with them before somebody else gets injured or fleeced by Mercedes Benz. I don't know who had worse customer service Mercedes Benz USA or Mercedes Benz of the Palm Beaches. I called both of them all week Rispoli only called me back after I called lying about calling me back on two occasions and I have the messages saved to prove it. Mel was impossible to get a hold of and the extension he gave me didn't work. When I spoke to another customer service agent he said, " Transferring never works for me so you better hold on.Mike Rispoli was so unhelpful and didn't advocate for his customer. When I called Mercedes USA to be proactive, I spoke with a man named Mel. This is how he shared the denial. No last name? Really Mercedes?I have heard back from Mike at MB of Palm Springs. He confirmed that he discussed the situation with his MBUA contact, and unfortunately they would not be able to provide assistance. I personally verified this with the contact as well. This is MBUSA's final position on the request for assistance. My apologies for the situation. Kind regards,MelExecutive Referral ManagerMercedes-Benz USA, LLC(800) 367-6372 ext. 7803 He stated, that since it was out of warranty the moment I drove off the lot with the new OSR cover they were no longer liable and would not have needed to replace it again free of charge even if it happened the day after I left. Another interesting fact is that I originally tried to get the car fixed at Mercedes of Delray Beach where I usually get my car serviced. I spoke with my usual service agent Shawn Parton. He said, at the time my car had the part replaced there was a "bad batch of glue" and I should contact Mike Rispoli and he would probably replace it. Was he passing the buck or was this actually true because both Mike and Mercedes Benz USA denied this profusely. I have always got my car serviced at Mercedes Benz and the reason that I chose the used car that I chose was because it had always been serviced at the dealership. Now I am having to go out of pocket 1400 dollars. Ironically, I needed new back brakes anyway and I was planning to trade the car in for an S class when I brought it in. Now, I will never buy a Mercedes Benz again and will be telling this story to anyone that is willing to listen.SHAME ON YOU MERCEDES BENZ USA, MIKE RISPOLI and MEL?!?!?! If you have a Mercedes Benz with a panoramic sunroof from 2015-2020 BEWARE!
