I have always been a Soma customer. Today , I brought ny adult daughter to experience this store for bra shopping. The sales expert named Jeraldine was absolutely wonderful with helping us for sizing, and selection. We had the greatest time learning of Soma’s collections and sales. I am happy my daughter is now a Soma customer. Thank you to Jeradine!

Fantastic customer service. The girls were so helpful, especially Meryl who was really patient and helped me find just what I needed. She made it a personal, pleasant experience. You also can’t beat the quality and price.

I have to say my experience at soma has always been a pleasant one but today was beyond exceptional. I have a large chest and it's difficult finding comfortable bras that are both comfy and attractive. Carol helped Me me find some of the most beautiful bras for my size and made me feel so comfortable. She's absolutely wonderful!!!

Being that it's an outdoor mall, this should be your first stop for a bra fit and trying on anything. The ladies here are so sweet and they work as a team which is nice. Now remember they're human, they make suggestions and solve problems but they are not magicians they cannot make your issues go away.

I don’t know much about the bras but my oldest daughter swears by them. I went in needing sizing and direction for my younger autistic daughter who is hard to fit and likes nothing; and also for myself. Tara was helpful all the way. She found both us us what we needed and spent time with every bra we tried on, adjusting straps and changing sizes. She was so friendly and had great energy. My miserable shopping experience thus far was turned around. I’m never going anywhere else for bras!

My mother-in-law went to the store to shop here and she was treated very badly. The associate at the store so my mother-in-law and said and I quote “Jesus someone take the wheel, another Spanish lady”. My mother-in-law was not rude just smiled and walked away. This isn’t the type of customer service that you expect people to give at any time. We will no longer shop at the store!
