Amazing staff here! Came to spend some time with one of the rescue dogs from Shepherd Help and Rescue Effort. Everyone was happy to see us, and I can tell these are people who love the animals!

I’ve brought my two dogs for years. The staff is friendky, courteous, and prompt. Dr. Cunningham is very knowledgeable, explains all the options when treatment, and overall takes great care of my dogs. And the vets that fill in for her from time to time don’t miss a beat.

Awful experience. They are not interested in letting people adopt puppies. They want to force older pets on you. Interview was not an interview. I was sent to an unknown house who I was told was a home owner, random woman who would not introduce herself. Then this unknown person woman that who would not introduce herself said kids can’t be around their puppies because they are traumatized. I could only take an older dog. Also stated that is adopters are not needed and that they get many applications which I knew was a bold lie. 2 months later the dog is still there. Sad life for a puppy. Great news the same day I found a pup I loved and I was free from random checks that these people want to do on your home. The process is ridiculous and there is no interview. Plus like $1000 to get the dog. I believe there is some type of scam or fraud which they are receiving funds from the government or charities that they won’t let the puppies go. Someone check into them.Reply: it was exactly this place. lol go tell Cindy to take it off for you.

Sadly I must agree with KB’s review and others I have read-This isnt the best place for your pet care. The vet is great-she spends plenty of time with you and your fur baby-and she seems to know what she is doing. It is the staff, front desk especially, that are the problem.Relocating to a new area is stressful enough, finding the right doctor for yourself and your fur babies can be even more stress. My first visit I was impressed with the doctor and her attention she gave to my dog and to me to explain things in detail. After a complete exam and lengthy conversation, I decided to move forward with their dental treatment. The front desk gave me a range of cost. We set the appointment and I changed my calendar to meet their needs of drop off and pick up-mind you Hurricane Ian had already approached us and was set to make landfall the day they booked me for. We all knew this prior to booking his appointment and at the time of booking, Palm Beach County was in a direct path. The day before the appointment I received a message to confirm I would be there. The morning of, 1 hour before dropping him off, I recovered a call-they were cancelling his appointment because they were going to close early in anticipation of the hurricane. May I remind you, it was already stated all over the news that the hurricane was not coming towards Palm Beach County AND the governor had issued a request that evacuees head towards Palm Beach County. There was not going to be (and there was not) an issue from the hurricane for our area-they just wanted a reason not to work.So we changed the appointment for 2 days later. I drop off my dog-and they have me sign the range of fees. An hour and a half later the Vet calls me to discuss fees now that she had X-rays (why didnt we X-ray prior so we were more informed of the degree of issues inside the dogs mouth?) and she gave me a new quote which low and high end were $300 higher. I said it was okay. When I picked him up, much to my surprise, my bill was $250 Higher than the highest quote the doctor gave me on the phone that day. I met with the vet tech who didnt seem to know any answers to the questions I had-they gave me medicines and didnt know anything about them-then the vet came in and spent 30 min with me-which I greatly appreciated it. She was very thorough and went over all X-rays and each tooth individually. She was very kind and helpful. It is because of her I will consider going back-after all-she is the one that cares for my pet. I was later handed my dog-and to my complete shock-he was filthy-his butt area covered in feces-dried feces. I dont know how anyone could let an animal sit in their feces-especially at a vet! Animals are already stressed being there, more stressed having a procedure, and to top it off-having to sit in their own urine and feces—how awful! I left after paying the extra large bill and waited a week to call for the follow up. I tried to address my concerns with the person on the phone who wanted to argue with me and state they dont “just leave dogs in kennels” and dont “leave them with urine and feces on them”..in a word, she was calling me a liar. When I restated he was so dirty of urine and feces he needed a bath immediately she simply said she would have the manager call me and hung up. She is very rude and lacks concern for others (mind you our support of this vet PAY HER SALARY) and does not care about your experience. As of now, I have yet to hear from the “manager”.I do like the doctor-but her staff is lacking in many areas!

I adopted my dog Demetrius there. They had taken very good care of him while here was with them. They gave me his meds, medical records and some food to get started. They were very thorough in checking me out so he went to a good home. And that we were a good match. Great place.

Dr. Cunningham is absolutely magnificent. I trust her with my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I had my dogs teeth cleaned and regular exams and shots. Highly recommend. Best in Palm Beach County!

The Dr.'s here are great. They take the time to explain any issues that were found and answer any questions that I may have.My first cat was ill and had to be put to sleep. The whole process was professional and compassionate. My second cat, now 3, has been here since he was a kitten. The staff knows that he can be a lot to handle. They take great care of him despite this.I brought my third cat, a 4wk old kitten, in recently. She has been well taken care of, just like my other cats.Nothing but the best for my fur babies.

I was dealing with one of the hardest things that anyone can possibly accept. My Dog was diagnosed with liver cancer and was deteriorating quickly. Dr Cunningham and the whole staff treated me like family. They were very helpful and professional. There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for their kindness.
