Southdale Shopping Center is a strip mall anchored by a Publix supermarket. It faces Southern Boulevard and is close to I-95. The plaza has everything, including a CVS, a pet supply store, a liquor store, a shoe repair, a laundry, Chinese food, and cell phone services. The shopping center is in very good condition with lots of angled parking, though the aisles are not marked. It attracts a good amount of traffic.
The Publix is frequently praised for its great staff, who are very patient and nice. The store usually has everything in stock, including great fresh produce with lots of variety. It offers lots of great deals and bogos, though some note prices can be a little expensive. The pastry department has one of the best sweet creations, like Heath Crumble Cookies and Tiramisu. The CVS is also appreciated for its helpful service. The Pet Supermarket receives compliments for its genuinely nice and helpful personnel, who provide great service. Many find the plaza a great place with everything they need.
