Worst speedway in west palm and its literally the only one near me and that says something, women cashier couldn’t comprehend that if someone comes in trying to put 20$ on cash app and gives you more then 20$ so you can put exactly 20$ in the account. The lady hands me back the 5$ bill i gave her when i gave her 25 to put exactly 20$ she instead of using her brain used hir finger to type and give me 19$ on cashapp , i have previous job experience as a cashier. It’s not that difficult to understand a simple request such as putting 20$ in a cashapp account. Dont go there period

This guy closed and locked the doors at 10:45 as me and another customer were walking up. Didn’t even acknowledge us, if this was my store he’d be fired! If you can’t do your job til the time you’re supposed to then don’t accept the job at all.

Go to this gas station daily because it’s cheap and on my way home but will start going to the wawa right across the street. The customer service here is horrific and today was the last straw. 8 people n line waiting and the cashier is doing online orders arguing with the customers that are actually there. Her reply was we get rates on online orders and my response was how do actual customers that are here rate you? I guess this is how. So going forward I was going to go out of my way to the wawa directly across the street I am sure th will appreciate my daily business and they have much better customer service. Good luck with those online orders!!!

Jennifer is always nice and pleasant. Not sure why the negative responses, she always has a pleasant personality and warm greeting. I love this store!

An employee by the name of Jennifer, who is short and has blond hair, is rude and unprofessional. Her customer service skills are nil to none. My entire family and friends will no longer get gas, buy lottery, or even get free air. We boycitted the store.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Speedway (5019 Okeechobee Blvd), particularly with the associate Jennifer, who has light-colored (almost platinum blonde-like) hair.
After using the ATM in the store, I asked if she could break a $20 bill. She said, “I don’t have change.” I asked again, “So, you don’t have *any* change at all?” and she replied, “No, I only have a certain amount.”
Even though this was frustrating, I decided to buy a $0.39 Snack Stick just to see if she’d actually give me change. And, of course, she magically had no issue providing change then.
Although I only came in to use the ATM and get change, I won’t be buying anything from this store again or even returning. I’ll stick with Wawa and Racetrac, where the customer service is far better. I’d rather pay an out-of-network ATM fee at Wawa or Racetrac than spend another $0.39 at this store.
This kind of rude and dishonest behavior is unacceptable and leaves a terrible impression of the store, its staff, and its management.

I pulled up to get gas, restroom, drinks, cig, the usual. I got to the lock and it was locked. So I politely asked her what's the point of having the door locked if you only sell gas. Kinda pointless don't you think. Bottom line last gas station before the turnpike and was refused a cup of ice for my screaming daughter. Needs new night shift and management. Email me my parents own stores. I would at least hire people with good attitudes that want to work. Tonight is prime reason the India Culture should not have or build more gas stations or hotels. We have just grown stupid

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat and took advantage of my free slice of pizza and grabbed another one. I'm not sure how long it was in the warmer but it was totally inedible. I hope I don't get food poisoning from the one bite I did take. I wasted my free slice coupon for something inedible. I would think that having a 2 slices and a soda for $3.50 special that you would have fresh pizza. This was during the day before dinner. So what can you do to make up for my bad experience?

PALMITA - her service was great :)She dealt with a difficult customer before me very well (with patience) and was also very nice to me.Gas station had the cheapest gas in the area + prices of snacks were clearly labeled unlike the places that leave you guessing if your slim Jim gonna cost you your mortgage

Purchased 2 lottery tickets plus 2 bottles of BodyArmor water and paid almost $10. WTH?! I was told AFTER the fact that the water is only $1 of you have the Speedway Rewards, which I DO! Then the guy Supervisor said I couldn't return it to repurchase under Rewards. I'll take my business elsewhere. And I could barely understand either employee. Geesh, where's the market going? Straight to hell!!
