What a shame.... order completely wrong two days in a row....why promote mobile ordering when one it is not ready at the given time and two incorrect!!!!Now I will have to travel 4.4 miles to another location that understands my order.Highly Disappointed!

The attendant never wrote the names on the cups, so the orders got misplaced. Also it was confusing how she writes what the orders are, when the barista doesn't understand what he has to prepare. The result is that the wait is extra long because everyone is confused about everything. Very annoying.

They need to get their act together. 25 minutes for a mobile order of one cup of coffee is unacceptable at 10 in the morning (not busy). It appears there's no management or coordination. It's recently remodeled and beautiful but staff needs to step up

Spilled my drink as soon as i got it and before i even finished cleaning up the mess they had a new one ready to go. They were very busy and i was on a time limit. I'm impressed and appreciate their hard work ❤️

I came in and ordered a drink and few other items and bought retail products. The gentleman who served me was in a calm mood but didn’t seem particularly happy to be at work. When I waited to pick up the things I ordered, not one woman acknowledged me. As I left, I kindly said in a cheerful voice “ thank you”. Not one person acknowledged me. I completely felt invisible. So I assumed maybe nobody heard me, I said it louder “thank you have a great day” and not one person said thank you back or said goodbye to me. It really doesn’t take much to give a smile. I was having a tough day I guess it’s my bad to think that customer service exists anymore. It literally can make or break someone’s day with just a simple smile. I think your team needs to be trained on smiling and enjoying work. Maybe you need to pay them more I don’t know just seem like nobody wanted to even be at work…Hard to want to come back when everyone is grumpy or in their own head…

This is the Starbucks at 1815 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Service gets worse by the day at this place.I was heading to the office early in the morning and ordered via the app to save time. A latte, egg bites and a wrap.I arrive there and my egg bites and latte are ready along with an empty bag for the wrap with the words “SOLD OUT” written on the bag. Meanwhile, I’ve already been charged for the wrap.I had to get in line to get credit back for the wrap they were too lazy to heat up which defeated the purpose of ordering online. And the egg bites were burned.The kicker: the receipt for the credit says “DIDN’T WANT”.Hey Starbucks…either change the way this place is being run or shut it down.
