Our experience at SROA could not have been better. Before choosing, we went to several different options in the area and it was a no-brainer after spending some time with Maria. The facilities are great and readily available. Maria has been incredibly helpful and always available for us after hours as we rarely have time to get into the unit during normal working hours. We are already considering getting another unit. The price was also great. A+. Can’t say enough!

Just rented a unit at this facility- the whole process was extremely easy and convenient. Maria was very helpful and reached out to me to meet w me at the office to sign the lease and get my access codes. The facility is clean, well lit and easy to access from the street. Parking can be a little difficult bc they do not have their own parking lot, however they do have plenty of push carts and multiple entrances to use when you are loading/unloading your stuff. The rates were also by far the best for any storage facility in the WPB area- plus having 2 months free rent made it even better!

Spent hours & days searching in person and on the web for the perfect strorage unit. We lucked out to have Maria there to guide me (the coolest manager-boss I’ve ever met).
I stopped in initially and she enlightened me on some factors, so I took a couple days to keep searching, only
To be led back to this place.
Safety, comfort, accessibility, and most of all - Maria’s essence - made this the perfect spot for us.
Highly, HIGHLY recommend. As a world traveller who has had to utilize storage units across the United States, I humbly proclaim this is the best I have come across.
