Maria the manager is by far one of the best building managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and the premises are in perfect condition. I would 100% recommend this storage venue for anyone looking to keep their belongings in a secure environment where phenomenal customer service goes without saying.

We have stored our enclosed 16’ trailer with storage rentals of America since 2021. Service was great with minimal increase.Friendly and professional, a good combination. Easy to work with.

The property manager at the SROA on Clare Ave, Maria, has been consistent, reliable, helpful in all the dealings I've ever had with her. She listens and then tries to figure out how to help. It's definitely valuable to know I can count on Maria to be accessible, helpful and collaborative in solving problems and trustworthy. She makes a difference. Maria was incredibly helpful and took the time to go over options and show us spaces. Everything was very super clean and even smelled pleasant. Unlike other storage facilities I’ve been to! Great place to store your things!

This company is an absolute abomination! While it pays the "corporate" employees 8 hours of vacation time for Christmas, it's field employees (ie. the day-to-day customer facing employees) simply get their normal Sunday off without any holiday pay. Complete trash!
