Capria Crawford the representative that I spoke to on the phone was well informed and assisted with securing the storage unit. The move in process went smoothly. Great customer service! The manager of the location was also very helpful in showcasing the facility. Very professional.

Strage rentals of America at N.Congress Avenue in West Palm Beach made the transitioning easy! Booked online, then went in to see my unit. Donna & her staff were pleasant, helpful & terrific! There's enough to worry about when you're changing everything in your life. Booking here-was one less thing to worry about!

I loved how simple and easy it was to secure the unit all online. The only thing we had to do in the office is obtain the keys. Bonus! The lock was included which compared to other storage units I have utilize had an additional fee. The only thing that I would recommend is that the air within the storage be adjusted to 70 degrees. It’s Florida and we are in the summer so the cooler the better. Other than that loved my overall experience!
