I have been renting from **** for the last 6 and a half years. I let my unit fall in default a few times within these 7yrs but has always came up with the money and the MANAGER that runs The ******* ******* division seems to hate when I came to pay the FULL AMOUNT, THE LATE FEES OF $30 AFTER 5 days the $100 after 30 days and the 2 or 3 months back pay, which use to be $125 a month and jumped to $180 a month no complaints. But every time I come to pay she tries to make an excuse to get my unit in auction statis. So after 7yra and 3 different companies taking over I finally fell on hard times due to loosing a job I had for the whole.time I had the **** unit and it came up for auction. I told them I wanted to get a smaller unit in February they told me I should of gave them a 10 day notice before the month was out, ok that's fair but I let another month go by now I'm in auction statis, I found the site where it was being auctioned and WONy unit for 230 which **** sent me a receipt for and went to retrieve my unit and she said that it was illegal and she wasn't going to sale it to me even if I did when them told me someone came paid online for it which it states on the RULES YOU HAVE TO BRING IN CASH so I asked how was that possible she kicked me out plusy Unit was empty before the AUCTION WAS OVER SO WHAT HAPPEN IF I WOULD OF CAME UP WITH THE CASH DIS THEY LET SOMEONE TAKE MY THINGS DID THEY DO A 'PERSONAL"sale out of ANGER I wanted question and was told I was being loud I think I got robbed by someone inside the company because AFTER 6 AND A HALF YRA THEY KNEW I had BRAND NEW CLOTHS BRAND NEW SHOES THEY KNEE I USE TO STORE A CAR IN THERE I just want to know why they did it and what happen to my things Children's toys from BIRTH pictures they threw in the garbage on the ground seriously but told me it was a ME PROBLEM NOT HER'S I left calmly and filed a Law suit because the things they took I had in there was PERSONAL TO ME Diplomas and Old Toys I had for my kids SMH.

Understanding the fact the new transformers had to be installed because you didn't have enough power, but as a company you should had your permits in place.The expense I incurred to take a day off and travel to my unit only to be told there is nothing that can be done is not very professional a email was sent with the work being done why not another mentioning the delays?I don't write reviews but clear negligence and lack or preparation is really dropping the ball.What about the extended time with no temperature control why did you not plan better or pick a coolerMonth to turn on areas of the storage facility previously not being rented who is covering the cost of the damage property?Why didn't you spend the money that your still collecting for holding our property to rent a generator.Your phone number is only a call center who is this mysterious area director that is unavailable?Telling meYou cant reach your stores because they don't have power people have cell Phones don't they?why didn't you plan for this ?Utter incompetence and being cheap.?Blaming Fpl for no permit that as a customer is not out concern, why does the city allow such low standards?

My experience with Storage Rentals of America by far has been the best. I had two units with another company and wanted to see if I could cut cost. I called and spoke with the 800 number and was blown away by the prices. I had been paying a little over $300 for very small sized units at a company that really didn't care about customer service or the customer for that matter but the girl in customer service was able to get me into one unit paying less than the rates I had combined. My experience from start to finish has been the absolute best and I will definitely be referring your company to anyone who needs storage.

Great customer service. Me and my family needed to move last minute due to a water leak, and didn't have a chance to sort through all of our belongings, so I needed to store some stuff until I got to my new place. I called the 1-800 number and the rep was very courteous, knowledgeable and knew exactly what size I needed. The best thing is I wasn't expecting to move in until the next business day because the office was closed but, the corporate office was open thank God, and the young lady got me entry to a unit the same evening. Thank you for your quick work, you helped me and my family save a lot of irreplaceable items, and you've gained a customer for life. Shaniqua Miller

So far, not good. SROA just took over our property and the first impression is a bad one. The air conditioner that services multiple offices and the main hallway is not working. A request for repair was made 2 weeks ago and they still have not repaired it. Multiple phone calls and multiple visits to the manager"s office since then and all they say is that a "ticket has been subimitted." Two weeks, in south Florida, in August and no AC. The previous owners, Cube Smart, would have a repairman sent the same day a request was made. These guys, 2weeks and its still not fixed.

Absolutely No structure and very unprofessional, they claim that they are a drama free environment, but the manager got her little minions kissing her behind and who are always running their mouth about people who are doing much better than them in life. They are more synthetic than the weave they be wearing. They got Ugtoria talking bout what people look like with her grown behind while she should be worried about her bank account and credit score LOOKING LIKE, Just Ghetto smh i thought CORPORATE was supposed to be held to a higher standard but they don't even provide GOOD Customer Service, all they do is yell at the customers... â€â™€ï¸ They do not provide proper training, the manager stay saying she busy but got time to be gossiping with her lil minions for hours, all them some birds beside the more elder woman's there, They need to focus on providing at least DECENT customer service instead of hating on people that they don't know NOTHING ABOUT and taking about what other people look like when 98% of them don't even got their life together â€â™€ï¸ PERIOD!!!!! #Next time find another bird like yourself to talk about. 😂😂😂

Recently our Storage Facility was bought out by SRA. The new staff, Naty and Lisa are extremely helpful and the facility is much cleaner than it had been under the previous owner. I do have an issue with the Administrative Office as I have tried to contact them numerous times and they haven't returned any of my calls or emails. If it weren't for the poor follow through of the Administrative Office, I would have given a 5 star review.
