I have a business account and I have had bad experiences at this location. I literally waited 1 hour to make a deposit. It's bad business. I have a business to run I can't be waiting an hour of my time in a line and losing business because of the wait time at this location. They need to get more organized or get more staff. Not sure what's the problem but it needs ti be taken care of accordingly.

I will be there Monday Morning too close my checking account they're going to charge me 20.00 fee for putting MY MONEY in the bank they must be insane I'll bank somewhere else.

I closed out my accounts due to some problems suntrust was having, when the account was closed I had a left over balance of 9,059.84 cents a certified check was sent from sun trust in my name , I deposited the check into my new account , sun trust stop payment on my check in the middle of a pandemic my rent due it's the first and they have no reason to stop payment I don't owe anything it's not a fraud check I really don't understand why they would do this to me I was a loyal client over 5 years smh I'm extremely upset this is so illegal I'm definitely getting a lawyer

This bank has the worst hours of operations and google has you open on Saturday until 1! But you close at 12!

This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had. I recently opened a new business, a law practice. I instructed the Vice President of the bank that no fees were to come out of the trust account, but in the first year three separate fees were taken out of the trust account. This is the type of thing lawyers are disbarred for. The last fee was from the merchant account, also thru Suntrust, which took 14 days to refund back into the account. Everything from the online signin, to the checks, to the lack of attention at this bank is astounding. After about 8 weeks of torture I closed the accounts, which still proved to a problem, as one of the accounts was not actually closed and still has bank fees coming out of it. If there is one piece of advice I could give to new business owners it's this: DO NOT BANK WITH SUNTRUST. You will be nothing but a number and you will spend your time fixing the issues they're too sloppy to catch.

I went to this Suntrust on 9/19/15 at 11:30 and went to the drive in. I waited 30 minutes for three cars in front of me as there was only 1 window open. After waiting so long I finally got to the window only to have the clerk shut the blinds on me and rudely told me they are closed. They close at 12pm on Saturday and it was 12:02. I explained how I had been waiting in line for so long and only needed my money in smaller bills and she just kept repeating they are closed. What terrible customer service. If I knew her name I would definitely speak to a manager regarding her rude behavior and complete lack of customer service. Thanks for wasting my time!
