Truist is a bank where customers have experienced helpful and friendly service. Staff members, including tellers and managers, are courteous and willing to assist with various needs. One customer appreciated Troy for his quick research to resolve a check issue before Christmas. Juan Bejara was praised as very helpful for business needs, making a positive impression. However, there was a concern about the availability of temporary cards, as one customer needed a replacement quickly due to fraud but was told none were available. Overall, Truist staff are seen as kind and helpful, though some customers hope for better stock of temporary cards. Despite minor issues, customers generally feel satisfied with the service they receive at Truist.
When a non-English speaking customer needs an interpreter, Sauncia, you call one. Even if that means you'll be "on the phone for a long time." You don't send them back to the waiting area to wait for the ONE teammate at the branch that speaks that language while you help everyone that came in after them. Do better.

I was dealing with a return check and no explanation and finally Troy at the bank did the research necessary to get me the check number so I can have it canceled and a new check submitted. Thank you Troy for doing this right before Christmas when this money is needed. Great job.

Way too slow. I think his name is ryan. Some bankers are fast, but i hate how i end up with someone new and dont want to be rude to request someone else.
