The worst bank ever, very bad customer service, rude people in here, when I walk in the bank, I was the only person waiting, I waited for an hour, Another person walked in And he was Taking care of mmediately, They just left me sitting there, i got up and left to another Branch, And when I go through the Drive-through it's about half an hour wait.

The manger of this bank was disrespectful and uncooperative they have no sense hospitality or have patience for customer they treated everyone like trash I’m not sure this was even a real establishment they way the poorly treated me and everyone else while I was in there

Takes 30 minutes to cash a check through the drive thru. When I hit the call button after waiting I was met with an attitude, saying they were helping others inside. This company is understaffed, and the staff they have are rude and have no time management skills. Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

I walked in to this branch to make a cash deposit. Little did I know, I would be witnessing one of the most horrific customer service experiences in my life. I watched the teller at the counter scream at a customer trying to make a payment about how she couldn’t understand Spanish and how she shouldn’t be forced to deal with people like here. Meanwhile, the customer was speaking Portuguese and had tears in her eyes feeling humiliated in front of a line of people. A lady came out of an office and tried to translate, while another gentleman walked over and tried to diffuse the situation by covering up the negligence of his fellow employees. This was my first time at this location, as it was formerly a Sun Trust, but it will also be my last visit and I will be closing my accounts after 13 years. You really can’t make this stuff up. Stay away.

WORST bank ever, with this merge brand is even worst! I complained with the manager about all the issues that I have been dealing with my loan since the are Truist and the manager does not care about it, he said that I’m not the only client with those problems and the solution is: eventually the problems will be fix (what a hope and if the manager said that what can you expect from the entire brand)

Literally the worst bank on the planet. I literally cash my company check every week here (I bank elsewhere thank God), same check, same signature EVERY WEEK. These are printed checks btw. Yet every week they have to call my boss, in hopes they answer to verify that they are real and not fake. And guess what, if he doesn't answer, they won't cash it. Garbage bank. And there staff use the f word while behind the counter while casually talking to one another. Just a bad bank overall. Based on other reviews, my opinion isn't too far from the tree.

Suntrust sucks I've had so many issues with them and when you call customer service you can't even understand what they are saying because of poor English. I recommend Chase or Wells Fargo.. and their overdraft extended fees are so ridiculous!! So they know you are having issues why not give you a bit more stress by adding an extended overdraft fee of 36$ extra dollars you don't have !! I can't stand Suntrust !! Do not bank with them!!
