I love this Truist branch! My 18 year old son and I came in to deposit a decent amount of checks and tips from his job. Jennifer came right over while we were in the lobby and starting helping us. She set him up with a savings account and really took her time explaining certain things to him regarding banking. She was thoughtful, patient and considerate. The teller assisting us with counting his cash tips was amazing as well (unfortunately forgot her name). But they really were terrific and patient with us. Stellar customer service and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you so much! I feel so comfortable when coming to this branch. 😃

I’ve been using this branch for about 20 years or so and really like having a true neighborhood bank. It’s funny seven years ago was the last time I went into my safety deposit box, and the same guy that signed me in seven years ago was the same guy that signed me in two weeks ago.

I had a fantastic experience with the Truist Bank team, particularly with James and Virginia. James was incredibly helpful when I called, providing excellent customer service and addressing my questions with professionalism. Virginia, who assisted in opening my business account, made the process smooth and efficient. I'm grateful for their expertise and friendly assistance in helping me with my banking needs.

Drive-thru tellers are extremely slow. Has drive-thru ATM as well.
