“8-5-2026 , Publix here is a good place to shop, it clean well stack, everyone is friendly and helpful. It in a nice shopping center. The only problem in side this store is it doesn't have enough places for the older generation to sit down. Most of the other stores have put in a place for, the older generation sometimes comes with a group they need some place to sit an be cool .”
“The store is great and employees extremely nice. My issue is the sub orders lately, it was always known for good sub and honestly that particular department has gone way down hill. Tried again today and got spinach instead of lettuce and just no care and compassion for building a decent sub.”

“I have been visiting this supermarket for over 5 years. One of the things that distinguish this one from the others supermarkets is the variety of Puerto Rican groceries that they bring. From some juices, sodas to frozen foods you can always find some of these treats that gives you nostalgic memories of your childhood everytime you try them. I pass by five supermarkets on my way here and I just love coming to get these treats and other groceries on sale. Thank you so much for this. ?”

“Trecia and Omroy (The Deli Department) went above and beyond with their customer service. I came in on two separate dates, and both times their positive energy and great attitude were consistent. Even with a long line, they kept things moving at a steady pace without making anyone feel rushed or compromising the quality of service. They kept the conversation light, offered suggestions for different toppings, and made the overall experience enjoyable. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere!”

“This Publix isn’t my closest location, but I don’t mind the drive because the customer service here is truly worth it!
There are so many examples I could give of the amazing experiences I’ve had with the staff, but unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s names. My most recent experience, though, really stood out.
I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake, and I had the pleasure of working with Lady Forest (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!). She went above and beyond to make a Publix-budget cake feel like a dream cake, and I absolutely LOVED it! 🎂❤ She listened to what I wanted, made the bright colors my daughter loves, helped bring the vision together, and put so much care into making it special.
It’s little things like this that make such a big difference. Thank you!”
“Have been coming here for years for the best fajita meat and chicken breast. They have an amazing selection of steaks, pork ribs, and chicken. The prices are great but the quality is what continues to bring us over from West Palm Beach (about a 15 min ride). It does help if you Speak spanish but overall would recommend anyone to come here over Publix or Costco for a good selection of steak and chicken.”

She Spanish she don’t know how to talk to Customer, but she treat the Spanish Customer, with respect but customers white and black customers very disrespectful but she got one time Claudia is a very rude cashier. She don’t know how to treat the elderly. I watched her be disrespectful early man.”
“Amazing experience. The store is huge, it’s sparkling clean, and the employees were mostly friendly. The store was very well stocked and we could find every single item we went looking for. There’s ample space for people and carts. And lots of outdoor seating space. Each department is neatly arranged and well maintained. New favorite store in the area!”

“Store is always clean and neat. I really love the new design and the self checkout is a plus. They have a variety of Mexican cheese and other Central American items. I also buy my meat here. The fruit are always great and I noticed they almost always have fresh flower bouquets! The prices are a little high on certain items, so I wouldn't recommend shopping for your whole grocery here. The prepared foods taste really good, but I wish they would do online pick up for this location! All the others have that option”

“This Publix is well-managed, organized, and clean, with friendly staff.
This location has a special feature that I haven't seen in other stores: a coffee shop.
I think this is a nice idea, and Publix management should consider opening more coffee shops in additional locations.
Usually very convenient and fast to get a delicious coffee after you shop, or to stop there for a coffee on the go.
Thanks to the ladies who always make such good coffee every morning!”

Due to parking challenges on palm beach island they are trying to control bon publix parking. While each publix may have a bit of variety in set up, this is a full size, familiar , Publix.”

“I love this place! It's not a newer upscale supermarket. It's a big place with that local feel. They have things you won't find in many other places around. Excellent for "island" cooking, gourmet, and just trying something different. They carry some really cool drinks and things I haven't had since I was a kid. People here are friendly and helpful. I don't speak much Spanish, but they are great at helping with whatever I am looking for. And even better, I have a lot of questions when I see something new to me (i.e., jackfruit), and they let me know what it is, how it's eaten, etc. it is a really cool place”

“Just tapped into Tapatia Supermarket on Broadway in West Palm Beach! OMG! The hot, prepared meal I bought was delicious! I had the barbacoa meat, yellow rice, and black beans, along with a Serrano pepper and four mini tortillas. A lot of food and enough for two meals! Believe me when I say it was worth the $15.99 I paid for it. I'm not exaggerating. If you want delicious Mexican food, head to Tapatia's and treat yourself.”
