Extremely slow pickup times. Doesn’t matter what time of day and what heads up they’re given even picking up a few things from drive up turns into a 20+ minute wait at this location.

Poorly managed. I waited a very long time at the cash register. When I got in line, there was only one person in front of me but as she was being checked out, several of her friends congregated - clearly the cashier’s friends, too, so they chatted and showed each other pictures from their phones - then when I interrupted their conversation, the friends looked at me and said “we get to shop, too, and we get to take our time”. When I asked where’s a manager, another person pointed to three “red shirts” less than 10 yards away. They just laughed, waived back and said “God Bless You”. No need to shop at this Target.

I’m giving this one star because the purpose of shopping online is to save time! I ordered kitchen paper, toilet paper, and detergent. When the delivery person brought the toilet paper, the package had a hole that he admitted to opening to carry it. I clearly told him I wouldn’t take it, and he said I should go to the back of the store to get another one. I went because I was in a hurry, but that was his job.
When I came back with the new package, he handed me an opened pack of kitchen paper as well. I told him I didn’t want it like that either, and he again told me to go get another one from the aisle. I explained that I only went the first time because I was in a hurry, but it’s his job to do so. Then he showed me on his app that they were out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund, which I agreed to as a gift card.
Later, I went to look for kitchen paper again and found more than 20 packs in the store. I went to ask for a supervisor, and no one ever showed up! Total lack of respect and terrible service!

This is the worst Target I’ve ever been in.
They had 1 register open and 2 of the 4 self checkout lanes available with 2 lines of about 40 people.
I am guessing they are short staffed, but why not have all 4 self checkouts available?? I don’t know, it was just all around a mess.

Target is great and I love their baby clothes and the toy department and that's the only reason I am giving 3 stars. This target is small when it comes to the food department. I would not buy milk here. Their coolers are disgusting and smell of mold!!! When you open the door to the milk you get hit with the awful smell and it is everytime I come to my neighborhood target I try to buy milk but opening the door and getting the nasty smell and seeing the dirty stained shelfs.

This is my second and maybe my last time here , curbside pick up is entirely slow even when you indicate your own your way. Be advised to await twenty plus upon arriving.

Mismanaged, constantly items out of stock. Website will say they have 10 when they have 0. The whole store pretty much looks like this photo. Can’t stop here if you need something with any level of confidence.
