They never answer the phone and when you call to ANY department the phone line drops. Why even have a number available ? I hope they work on this.

Although I truly enjoy this Target, it is ridiculous to have to wait 25 minutes for a drive-up order. The fact that three different people brought orders shows that there isn't a staffing problem—it's simply incredibly slow. The fact that I could have really purchased the items more quickly myself negates the point.

I love shopping at Target. I usually find what I’m looking for and the workers are helpful and courteous. It’s a one stop for my coffee and optometrist needs also.

The last 4 times I went there I experienced super long checkouts. The last time one of the checkout ladies was having a private conversation with a shopper instead of working her line. She was unprofessional and rude when I told her I had frozen items and just wanted to go home.I spoke with 2 managers... they don’t care. They want you to use self checkout. No thanks, I already have a 60+ hour per week job and unless you’re giving me a discount I’m not interested in doing your job also.If I want this level of service I will go to Walmart. I don’t want to shop for frozen items only to have them defrosted when I get home.Update: Trying to contact guest services (menu 2 then 2) results in an instant hang-up.Update 2023-12-09: Their sale signs are not honored, I was told I must scan each item individually to see if a “20% off holiday candy” is applicable. Even when the sign is taped to the box holding candy, it didn’t apply.I won’t shop at this location anymore. Tonight I somehow left a bag of candy at the customer service desk (she wanted me to take all of them out of bags and couldn’t use the receipt I received not 2 minutes prior). I tried to call multiple times… cannot reach any human. Pressing a dept number results in an instant disconnect. Pressing 0 just rings and rings.Terrible store, should be rated a zero!

Recently I placed an order using the Target app, i happen to see the associate with the item I purchased on her cart as it was the last two in the store. I inquired about the items since I happened to be in the store already grabbing some other stuff. She told me she had 20 mins before she had to have the order complete. I simply ask if she could verify if it was my items so I could wait rather then leaving and having to come back. She disregarded my request and she told me I would have to wait about an hour to get my notification of when the order is ready got pick up. I spoke to Malik the on duty supervisor and he blew me off telling me he had better things to do then look up my order and let me know if she was working on mine. He asked why I didn’t check another location if it showed only two were left in the store. He walked away from me without future assistance. I worked at this location 20 years ago and I know this isn’t the way associates were trained. This isn’t my first negative experience at Target it’s just shameful how care free management have become. Can’t even call the store to speak to management. This location has really gone down the drain.

Target what’s going on? I really don’t blame the cashier ,she is just not trained at all ,extremely slow and also she just put in the bags as more items as she could, till she he bags couldn’t hold anymore , Extremely hard to lift my bags!!!! also mixing cleaning products with digestive product, it is shameful receiving this service. I didn’t want to take pictures off the others bags , but this one can said all.

Prices are usually incorrect . Almost everytime i have come here sale items dont ring up as sale items and i have to get the prices corrected or get a refund at the customer service desk. Ive worked in retail i know how to check if i have the correct item in hand for the sale. Thats why customer service always has a long line. Be aware of the prices ringing up when shopping here.

Can Target play actual music that's appropriate . Not stream music from an employees device. Its Christmas time why are we playing loud night club music on a Sunday afternoon in December? Who's the manager of this location?? This has been going on for a long time now and its not pleasurable at all.

You know a place is poorly designed when it's own employees can't tell you where something as simple as hair gel is. She literally pointed to 4 locations of where some "could be" the people who designed these stores are not in touch with reality.

I really like this Target, but waiting 25 minutes for a drive up order is insane. There were three different people bringing orders so clearly staffing isn’t an issue, just EXTREMELY slow. It defeats the purpose when I could have literally bought the stuff faster myself
