If I could give 0 stars they would be better rated. Today I took my dad to have a checking account done. I made an appointment for 2 pm. I arrived there 10 minutes before the appointment. Nobody attended to me, even though there were more employees. The guard at the door was the one who told me to check in through the QR code. After 45 minutes waiting, a Cuban girl, ZAIRA MATEO SABATER, helped me. From the beginning with no attitude of helping or at least apologizing since my appointment was at 2pm and they saw me at 2:45pm. His words: How long have you been here in the USA? You have to have residence, social and ID.We put all those documents on the table, and he concluded by saying that my dad's ID was from the current month, therefore to open the account, the ID had to be at least 6 months old, since Cuba was in the countries who supported terrorism...When I arrived in this country 8 years ago, TD BANK created a bank account for me, without even having a work permit. I don't understand if TD bank has changed to having such absurd conditions that a resident has to have a 6-month driver's license in order to have a bank account... Or maybe ZAIRA MATEO SABATER was discriminating against my dad and me for being Cubans like her?Anyway, I'm going to set up a bank account with Chase or Bank of America... Maybe they won't consider the money that my dad puts into the account in favor of terrorism...

Do yourself a favor and go to a bank where you’re appreciated for doing your money services with them. Their customer service is stale and they’re slow as molasses. The employees walk around like they don’t know what to do. I waited over an hour to get a paper notarized. They’re rude to customers and lack customer services skills.

If I could I would give less zero star, very disappointed with the attention provided by a worker who attended to me, terrible and arrogant in the treatment of me, it is a shame because she made me waste my time and I could not resolve my management, I am really rethinking to move to another bank and it makes me sad because until now I really felt satisfied with their services. The name of the worker Maribel, rethink your treatment of customers, it is not professional at all, it gives a terrible image of TD Bank , horrible experience. After making me wait a long time even though he had no one in front of him and he was the 1st on the appointment, he lied on purpose. In my application I asked to speak in Spanish. The lady is obviously Latin and in perfect Spanish I asked her to please speak in Spanish. that language, he flatly answered no, (of course but he understood spanish very well), even though I have had a debit account with you for months, I decided to open a prepaid credit account and thanks to this lady it couldn't be, maybe how they close In one hour, she did not want to work, she should consider changing her work area if the current one discriminates against clients and does not satisfy them.

Is was a humiliating experience. The woman in there after seeing that we were Cuban discriminated against us. I had an account with red bank for month now and is been an amazing service. But after this im starting to rethink my options

unacceptable customer service A CoupleThat was trying to open 4 Accounts At One Time. the employee didn’t inform us until later on Also The Other Employee Went to the back so she wouldn’t have to take anymore customers!

Probably the most unhelpful TD Bank Ive been to so far. The company has definitely declined in customer service over the years but this takes the cake. My debit card wouldn't work to retrieve $50, so seeing the agents walk into the bank 30 minutes early, I ask if they can help me with this small issue. I was told I had to wait 30 minutes until the store opened. That's rich considering their advertising campaigns for years said that in a situation just like this or even a few minutes after closing they would stay open. What a load of garbage. Might as well do contactless banking with ally or capital one at this point. I'm giving it two stars though because Zaira eventually helped me and she was sweet

They are great at my usual location In Lake Worth downtown however I went to this one to get some change for $300 for a friend. When I brought it back to them count it We realized it was $20 short. I had the girl put it into envelopes and sealed them before I left but I did not count. When my friend went back they refused that they had made a mistake. The only conclusion I could come to was that the teller had pocketed the money. Of course I'm not sure but she did have money strewn all over the counter. I thought it was odd and unprofessional but didn't reawise that she was going to short me. I hope this location fixes this situation because I really like TD bank.

The drive thru is always closed because they are short staffed. Just waited 25 minutes inside to see a teller....do better TD.

This is a excellent Bank to do business with. Outstanding customer service and care.
