Raymond and Robert are in a class by themselves. They rebuilt the infotainment system (including the radio) in my 2006 Volkswagen 12 cylinder Phaeton (a very rare edition motorcar)--a task most auto electronics (radio) shops wouldn't even attempt. They would get a 12 star rating from me if there were such a category.
