This company is the worse. I went with them and stayed for three months. First of all when I call to get updates, I always got a person that sounded like they were reading from a script. My credit in three months didn’t improve. I’ve always had to call them. I had to go to the website to see if there are any notifications. Then I got fed up with no one willing to speak to me about where things are, so I decided to fax a cancellation form to the fax number on the website. And then I called to verify that the cancellation form was submitted and my account was canceled. And guess what, the gentleman that I spoke to stated that there was nothing send and nothing notated to my account. Even though I have the confirmation number of the fax and the date it was sent. So for people looking to have help to fix their credit. I would seriously recommend you look elsewhere. Save yourself the aggravation and trouble.

Do not waste your time with this company! They do not do anything that will help you with your credit repair. They will only waste your time and continue to bill you for no service on their end. In the beginning, they will promise you the world! Once you start, they just take your money, and you will just get passed around month to month while they bill you. Also, once you cancel the service, they continue to auto draft the monthly charge and good luck to get a hold of them to cancel the auto draft as well! I sent an email to remind the manager that I spoke with to cancel the auto drafting, but I never heard back. If you call them, they just pass you around again and hope you get disconnected. This is their business concept! You can reach out to the credit bureau and dispute directly! Not difficult at all!

My fiancé and I have been paying $250 per month since the end of February and our credit has not change for the better. In 4 months they only average 2 items removed per Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. They can't even remove student loans that are older than 8 years. They are highly over rated and the credit scores they give you are not accurate, they are on average about 40 points higher than the actual score. I have wasted $1000 in 4 months. My money would have been better used in a fire place or used for toilet paper.

I found them out of pure luck was working with a rent to own company that was supposed guarantee id get one well I didnt. I came onboard with them and they helped me get hooked up with a rent to own thats new I will be getting into the property after new year so pleased.

My grandma always used the BBB to trust whether she would do business with them. It holds up even with all of these review sites around today. The Credit Pros rated really high so I had confidence in them than the others I was thinking of working with.

I read reviews on a few companies and The Credit Pros seem to have the most honest, they're not all good and I like the fact that when someone complained they immediately responded to the persons concerns. I joined up in November and am satisfied.

One of the best things for me with The Pros is I can contact a credit advisor when I have questions through their Chat in my portal. This makes it so much easier for me instead of having to call in. I am happy they are helping me.I like the centralized Credit Specialists they explain everything.

They are a useless scam. I was a member for over a year and they were zero help. Then, it was almost impossible to cancle their service. I called and called aand they would not stop billing me. I had to cancle my credit card to cut them off. They are scum.

The Credit Pros offer a lot of choices in their app to help with your credit like suggestions for banks that are willing to work with you even if your credit isn't good or if you had a bankruptcy like my partner and me. They helped me with so much while they are fighting the wrong information on my credit report. I recommend you check out everything they offer with their services.

Since The Credit Pros promised a lifetime guarantee, I decided to go back to them after noticing that several of the collections they had previously eliminated as erroneous were again reporting once more. They kept their word, and I really appreciated it. Initially, I had worked with them prior to getting married, but after learning that they had maintained their word, I opted to sign up my wife as well as her report contained some major flaws. Since the two of us have been working with them since August, they have been able to get several medical collections that weren't even mine and the same collections erased once more. My wife's credit has actually improved, going from terrible to average and continuing to improve.

The Credit Pros is a great company to work with. I had some major credit issues before and was not able to qualify for a mortgage. After working with The Credit Pros, my credit scores improved significantly and I was able to get the mortgage loan I needed. They are very professional and attentive to their clients' needs and offer excellent customer service they offer call backs, follow up appointments and chats that what worked for me. I have recommended them to others.
