As a parent of a young Black girl, I enrolled my daughter in this daycare expecting professionalism, safety, and developmentally appropriate care. What we encountered instead was a deeply disappointing pattern of microaggressions, boundary violations, and dismissiveness toward serious concerns.
From the start, staff routinely touched my child’s hair without consent — including in front of me — even after I made it clear that this was not appropriate. I also witnessed multiple instances where my daughter’s emotional needs were minimized or outright ignored. One staff member yelled “No!” at her in a way that left her crying, and when I tried to calmly raise this with administration, I was met with condescension and deflection.
My daughter came home one day with her braids pulled into knots by another child after I had already raised concerns about that child’s behavior. Despite my report, they chose not to inform the other parents or take meaningful action. I also noticed a pattern of staff kissing my daughter on the face — which felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate in a care setting.
When I asked for academic progress updates, I was given vague charts with no measurable scores or real data, which contradicted the promises made in their marketing materials.
I documented what I could — including photos, names, and emails — and reported the facility to the appropriate agencies. But nothing was done. That’s what finally made me realize: this place is more invested in appearances than actual child development or equity.
I removed my daughter and never looked back. She still thanks me for it — even months later.
If you’re a parent of a Black child — or any child who deserves to be treated with dignity and care — I urge you to listen to your gut. Ask hard questions. Don’t be distracted by polished marketing. And if your child tells you something feels off, believe them.
Children deserve better than surface-level diversity and performative care. Especially when we’re paying premium rates for a supposedly “elite” education.
I hope this review spares another child from experiencing what mine did.

Leaving this daycare is truly bittersweet. For the past 4–5 years, they’ve been an absolute lifesaver for my family, caring for my son from the time he was just 1 year old all the way to 5 years old. Through every stage, they’ve been a steady, loving, and dependable presence in our lives. While so many other daycares would close when the school district goes on holiday leave, they remained open, giving working parents like me peace of mind and support when we needed it most. The staff here are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. What always stood out to me was how every teacher seems to know every child by name and not just know them, but truly care about them. This school became so much more than just childcare. It became part of our community, our routine, and our family. I’ve formed lasting relationships with other parents and shared so many fun moments at school events and birthday parties.
We’re heartbroken to say goodbye, but forever grateful for the foundation this daycare helped build in my son's life and in mine as a parent. Thank you for everything to all the teachers and Ms Monica!! See you for baby #2!🤞🏾🤎

Before becoming apart of the TLE family I was at another care center that was horrible to say the least. I have seen my child develop and continue to develop under their care. The staff becomes part of your family they know every kid and their personality. Kids are allowed to express themselves and be kids. They communication well when it comes to your kids behavior and respect food restrictions. The activities are engaging and fun for the kids.You always know what your child is doing during the day. Thank you TLE for allowing my child to grow under your care with love. Thank you Miss Monica and Staff.

My son started going to this school after we had a bad experience with a previous school. He loves it, he doesn't even cry when he gets dropped off. I love that they post his pictures doing different activities and he has the biggest smile on his face every single time. I'm sooo glad I found this school and they deserve more than just 5 stars. Thank you everyone!!!

Miss Monica is truly an exceptional person. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my children, my one-year-old son and my three-year-old daughter, feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I have occasionally had to drop them off late or pick them up later than expected, but she has always shown such understanding and compassion. There have been times when she personally took care of my kids outside of regular hours, which speaks volumes about her dedication.
When I walk into the facility, despite it being a franchise, there's a warmth and friendliness that immediately stands out. The staff greets my kids by name, and it’s clear that they genuinely enjoy their work. It’s not just a job for them; it’s a true calling. I particularly appreciate Miss Desi, Miss Cookie, and of course, Miss Monica, who each have a wonderful way of connecting with my children. It's heartwarming to see how easily my kids interact with them, and it reassures me that they are in loving hands.

Our daughter, 13 months old, had gone to two other daycares. This location is her third daycare, and we could not be any happier. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The school is so clean, and the curriculum is fantastic. She hasn't been at this location very long, but we notice a huge difference already. When we drop her off and pick her up, she is all smiles. Highly recommend this location.

When I arrived in West Palm Beach, I started looking for a daycare for my daughter, and TLE was by far the best option I found. The facilities are beautiful and organized, they have an excellent learning and activity curriculum, the staff is super friendly and very caring toward the children, and the meals they offer are healthier than the other daycares I saw... in short, I would choose them again.

My little one went to this daycare for VPK. Overall it was a very good experience. The director is professional. The staff is caring. Ms Heyleen and Ms Cookie were fantastic.

A Truly Exceptional Place for Children to Learn and Grow
We’ve been with The Learning Experience in West Palm Beach for several years now, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most supportive, nurturing, and impactful environments for my son. He started there when he was just under a year and a half, and now, at over four years old, I’ve seen firsthand how much love, care, and dedication this team pours into their students.
During a period when we moved away, I enrolled him in a different location of the same school—but the experience simply wasn’t the same. The transition was tough, and the growth we had seen slowed down. That’s when I realized that the West Palm Beach location, with its incredible staff and leadership, was truly special.
Monica, the center director, and the entire team of teachers (Ms Yudeisy, Ruth, Erika, Alejandra, Sahyli, Ms K, Te’Nay, and ones i missed) , have gone above and beyond in caring for my son. He has faced developmental delays and can, at times, be more challenging than other children—but they’ve embraced him wholeheartedly. Their patience, compassion, and individualized attention have not only helped him grow academically but also emotionally and socially. He’s made friends, developed confidence, and found a place where he is truly understood and supported.
Even though we now live farther away, we continue to drive through the challenging I-95 traffic just so he can be in this environment—because I know he’s in the right place. It’s a sacrifice that’s more than worth it for the peace of mind I get knowing my son is in safe, caring, and loving hands while I work.
I can’t thank Monica and the entire team enough. The Learning Experience West Palm Beach has made a lasting impact on our lives, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent looking for a daycare that truly sees and nurtures each child for who they are.

I cannot give the Learning Experience a higher recommendation! We were referred by friends who also had a wonderful experience. From Day 1, the team has been nothing short of stellar. Our daughter began at TLE at three months, and she is nine months old now. Her caregivers are so loving, attentive and on top of her needs. Our daughter truly brims with joy when she sees Ms. Erika, Ms. Cookie, and Ms. Latisha; they are like family. They have also taught us so much as first-time parents; I can’t imagine not having TLE as a resource. We love that the school has an app and they share photos through the day, keeping us updated on feeding and changing schedules, as well as any supplies we need to bring in. She is developing so fast and learning so many new skills every day, all thanks to her wonderful caretakers. TLE also has countless activities for holidays throughout the year that are so fun for our daughter and that build a sense of community. The school has a tight security system which makes me confident that our daughter is safe. Ms. Monica, the business manager, knows every child’s name and keeps all of the wheels turning; she’s so organized and helpful with anything that we need. I also love that TLE is a franchise… they have corporate guidelines they follow for the healthy and safety of the children, and it feels like there’s a level of oversight that you don’t always find with other small mom-and-pop daycare centers. You won’t regret sending your children to TLE West Palm!

My granddaughter started Preschool this year at this Learning Experience, at 1969 Red Trail in West Palm Beach both her parents & myself are very happy with their curriculum, professionalism and their sincere love, care and concern for the kids. In such a short period my granddaughter has learned more than expected, she loves her teachers as well as her classmates, very enthusiastic over what she is learning

We have been going to this location for 4 years , taken both our kids there and we had the experience with Monica & all the teachers at this school . Every single teacher there is caring and I trust trust them fully .

There is no other daycare that compares to The Learning Experience West Palm Beach. They have an amazing curriculum and both of my children are thriving there. The staff is professional, very knowledgeable, and gets to know each child on an individual level. The teachers truly have a passion for taking care of young children, which is so very important. They have very little turnover. The majority of the staff has been the same since my daughter was an infant and now she is 5. TLE WPB feels like family and they have my utmost gratitude for providing endless love and nurturing care to my two greatest blessings.

Last summer was my daughter’s first time attending daycare and I am so happy that we chose TLE WPB. The teachers are so loving and made her feel happy and safe on her first day. The facility is clean, and the environment is fun and inviting. They offer an impressive curriculum and we’re amazed on how much our daughter has learned! I love receiving updates and pictures of her through the Bubbles & Friends app. Knowing that she’s learning, playing, and eating well at school puts my mind at ease while I’m at work. Thank you Ms. Monica, Ms. Yadira, Ms. Ruth, Ms. Eliany, and Ms. Alejandra for ALL that you do for us!

The best day care I could’ve asked for!!! If i could, I would’ve taken the teachers with me when my daughter started kindergarten!!
We joined The Learning Experience when my older was 6months old and a year later I registered my little one!!, last year my oldest graduated VPK and My little one is in VPK now with miss Osleydis (the best teacher you could’ve ever imagine !!) miss Monica is a phenomenal director/principal/owner! She puts so much effort in each child!!! Thank god I choose The learning Experience in west palm beach location!
