Been in line almost an hour the line is backed up to the street curb I have been coming here for years not enough staff most are new the staff is complaining to customers who are frustrated they need help but staff say owner sends staff home daily to save money 💰 but this is at the consumers expense! We have better things to do than sit in a car wash for an hour on a Saturday go to the Wellington/Lakeworth they get you in and out! It does not matter how many individuals it is too much and unacceptable!

I have given this place multiple chances to get the wash right. Most of the time I have to go back and have them redo what they missed. I currently have a membership with them. I will no longer be taking my cars here to get washed. They do a very poor rushed job. I have gone back 8-9 times hoping that it was just a bad day but it seems as though it’s consistent with this car wash. I watch them every time when they’re doing my car and they skim over the rims and don’t get in between the spokes so there’s constantly dirt left on the wheels. I just left there and checked my cup holders and they were not touched so I had to turn around and go back for them to redo it. I don’t usually write reviews like this but this has gone too far. These car wash technicians do not show ANY care for my cars.
