I love shopping at TJ Maxx. They have a great selection of products that I really enjoy. When I'm done shopping I like to go to one of the local parks and eat Chocolate Hugels. Yum.

The rudest most unprofessional Spanish lady that's always answering the phone has a very NASTY attitude someone named Louise or Lewis called me and left a voice-mail pertaining to employment I have been calling for the past few days the rude lady answers then when I ask for him she gets an attitude and yells WHO DO YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO then when I calmly tell her she gets an even bigger attitude and says he's not in I know she's lying I called yesterday around 3 and she had the same attitude after I asked for him and then told me to hold on then got back on the line and said he's not in that's ridiculously sad and rude maybe she doesn't want him hiring anyone but he reached out to me I will stop calling I really don't understand why she even works there with customers with that nasty unprofessional attitude it's strange he's never there after told me the next day after I returned his call in the morning she said he'd be in after 2 I've been calling all week so you mean to tell me he asked me to return the call and he's never in

20 people waiting in line with only 3 register open management does nothing. Poor customer service everyone just pretend no one is waiting to check out. Sad just sad.

TJ Maxx at Palm Beach Lakes Outlet is my favorite store for many years. It offers a wide selection of women’s, men’s, children’s clothing, trendy shoes, and fine jewelry. The home decor, gourmet kitchen, bed&bath are filled with beautiful irresistible items. The manager, Jackie, and staff are cordial and professional catering to customers’ request. This store is highly recommended!!!

I want to shout out a specific employee at this location. I visited here just about an hour ago and there was a shopper literally harassing an employee named Paul. Not quite sure what incidents led up to her abuse but Paul handled the situation with such grace and decorum. I was livid as a spectator watching the way she spoke to them but they really were the epitome of respectful.
