On top of it they have given us lots of free samples and we even won a raffle at Christmas where they gave a very generous gift bag of products. “Nick is incredible- I have really only ever gone to glass chamber and they introduced me to this specific vape juice that I’ve now been obsessed with for years and the only thing I can vape, except it is very hard to find as it sells out quickly and no other vape stores carry it. I started ordering online in bulk but times have been tough so I’ve gone back to buying one at a time in-store. But bc it’s so tricky to find I always call in advance to make sure it’s in stock and EVERY time Nick has been WONDERFUL! If for whatever reason they don’t have it, he’ll tell me which of their locations do have it, he’ll also order it for me and reach out when it’s arrived, and he is so reliable that today I specifically called his location in hopes he was there to speak with him and sure enough, he was. And as always, he was so helpful, made a few calls and checked on some things for me and is working on helping me find and get my juice. My specific issues aside, it’s the fact Nick is so patient with me, so kind, and so willing to help. Not to mention, he’s so educated on the products. Yes, the stores themselves are great and I highly recommend going to check them out but I wanted to leave this review for Nick bc he truly is a saint for always putting up with me. I can’t thank him enough! Even if there’s a closer location, I’d suggest going to the okeechobee store if you’re looking for help or suggestions and for someone to be patient and kind and knowledgeable!”
“Found this place by accident. A friend and I were in the mood for a few cigars. A Google search brought Habeneros as an option. A quick read revealed they rolled their own brand. So I stopped by. Not having much experience, staff were super helpful. I bought a half dozen medium bodied larger cigars and was quite impressed.”

“It's DOUBLE THE SIZE!!! I hadnt been here for at least 2 years, and swore I was tripping when I walked in and it appeared larger. Thankfully Derrick reassured me that I'm not going insane, and it did in fact expand, lol. He had the most wonderful customer service! We visited on our wedding night for a pipe since we'd left ours at home, and he hooked us up with exactly what we were looking for. I haven't lived in Palm Beach in half a decade, but Tobacco World remains my favorite and most reliable shop to date, especially after tonight!”
