My first time coming in. I thought how cool the store was. Sadly I couldn't really look around because the owner /clerk Literally walked from the counter and stood in front of me and followed me through the store. It really made feel uncomfortable. Made me feel like I was going to steal??? So unfortunately I couldn't really see there products that well

They got everything it's a great head shop and it's huge did I mention it was huge they got everything you can imagine everything you need they got it one spot and their prices are very competitive

Love this store, young man that works in there is amazing and soo nice, always has the exact things I want and need, they have amazing incense about 50 different choices 10 for $1.25 20 for $2.50 and 30 for $4.24 ( I believe this is what the prices were if not they are very close ) I didn’t even I’ll go in there for them but couldn’t resist!!! :)

Great selection but pricey. He did give me a 5% discount. Nice selection and inventory. The staff one man was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store.

I always go there from the first day they opened, normally all the employees are very friendly and helpful, Today 10/25/22 a young employee like 20sh years old and apparently is part of the family owners of the place was very disrespectful, I asked her for a non-rechargeable vape and I was very emphatic, she replied that Google it,we already started, I told her that she should know the merchandise she was selling.I made the payment and when I opened it I realized that it was rechargeable I tell her I don't want it so please give me another one, she starts arguing with me and I ask her for a supervisor and she tells me it's her, which I tell her I want someone above her, in that course she starts yelling at me more,and I ask if it is serious that she is disrespecting me and yelling at me as a customer and she answers yes and I increase the tone of voice from part to part until the owner came out, even so the owner speaking to her in her language she kept yelling at me and disrespecting me.These young employees do not know how to treat customers or look for options for customer satisfaction, they are very disrespectful and do not care if you like it or not, they must give a customer service training to all employees who deal with the public in especially to the youngest if they do not want to lose their clients.With this specifically bad experience I'll give my business to someone else

Horrible customer service with use of vulgar and disrespectful language to the customers. Very much on the pricy side which is very surprising with the quality of their products. While they do have a vast quantity of things to sell, they use lesser quality products and sell them at a higher rate to maximize their earnings.
